What is it with Steelers players shooting their mouth off? It never leads to anything positive.
And yes, D-Will should be in the Pro Bowl.

Well, damn... if he could stay, I don't know, healthy over the course of a season, he wouldn't have to worry about usage and the fact that Mewelde Moore has been the better back this season. Silly Willie.

NFL.com's Adam Schefter reports that Adam "Pacman" Jones' neck injury could end his career.
Not only is Jones' season over, Schefter says, his body went numb for two full minutes when he suffered the injury in Week 14. He's continuing to see specialists, but all signs point to Jones not playing again for a long time.

Rumor is that Matt Cassel is out with a Family Issue. If true so who will get the start for the Pats in Oakland? O'Connell the rookie or Gutierrez,

I saw the report that the Carolina Panthers owner Jerry Richardson is in need of a heart transplant and has been placed on the list. Sucks

Well I'm happy with the fact that Pat and Kevin are playing again this week. The NFL should just hold off all suspensions until next season.
As for Jackson starting....I am optimistic. I really do hope it helps and he did not look bad last week (yes, it was against Detroit but more along the lines of how the offense in general didn't change much).
All the Vikes need is for New Orleans to beat Chicago and for them to beat Arizona to be NFC North Champions. First time since 2000....better yet, first time in the actual "new" NFC North.

I hope the Saints steamroll the Bears tonight. My Fantasy Football life depends on it! If the Saints can stop Matt Forte (pause for laughter), they should win.

I have faith in Jackson. Sure, he's nothing too special... but he's not completely inept. At least we have THE BOOTY MAN as our official backup now!

I think the only good thing about having a 13-3 team go to 5-8 the following season is the Packers will not be the worst team in the NFC North, thank you kind Lions. Seriously though, it sucks. Least the Cards are doing well though, makes a change. ;D

I ended my fantasy regular season with a 10-3 record and the #1 seed in the playoffs.
But it looks like my run for a re-peat will end this week. Why?
Here's my lineup:
QB - Donovan McNabb RB - Michael Turner RB - Marshawn Lynch RB/WR - Devin Hester WR - Antonio Bryant WR - Eddie Royal TE - Dustin Keller D/ST - New England K - Rob Bironas
Here's my opponent's lineup:
QB - Matt Cassel RB - Brian Westbrook RB - Steve Slaton RB/WR - Reggie Wayne WR - Greg Jennings WR - Brandon Marshall TE - Chris Cooley D/ST - Indianapolis K - Olindo Mare
I may still have a chance, but I think the Cassel/Westbrook/Slaton trio will kill me (not to mention the Colts D vs: the Lions).
Well, it was fun while it lasted.
