I think he's talking about a female wrestler who worked for TNA and other indy promotions. She broke her femur recently I think. Moose is Mickie Knuckles, who just signed her TNA contract before injuring herself at an IWA-MS show against Sara Del Ray back in July.

Good lord, that Necro one was REALLY sick. Garbage wrestling's a joke, especially considering a lot of the guys that do it can actually wrestle.

Injuries suck (I'm speaking as someone who's left wrist is currently injured), but I can't help but think that Karma caught up with her after the way she handled herself earlier that night during the Mike Levy incident. Of course, Ian Rotten & his goons should've taken the bulk of that negative karma, but I guess karma - if there is indeed such a thing - doesn't always play out the way its supposed to.

Got to go with Lince Dorado's accident at CHIKARA's "Chapter 11" last year. All the more chilling is the fact that I was at the event and saw it happen. It was so unnerving hearing Lince's family screaming and crying in the back as we waited for the ambulance to arrive. I don't know how the incident was handled on the DVD release since I haven't bought it yet, but the purchase is forthcoming.
Needless to say, anytime Lince climbs to the top, I can't help but worry a bit. Honest to God, I hope I never see another incident like that at a wrestling event as long as I live.

Okay, this too. Candido's death was the first wrestling death that REALLY shook me up emotionally, mostly because I had no idea it had happened, and watched iMPACT that Friday which at the end of the show had the graphic giving his memorial it was like they dropped an A-Bomb on me, at first I didn't think it was real, thought it was part of the angle that was going on, and I felt worse when I got online and confirmed that he had passed. Sadly, it wasn't the first death to hit us by surprise in the wrestling world.

One thing that comes to mind to me, and maybe it was just because I was there live and sitting decently close, was Vince McMahon being busted open in the Buried Alive match at Survivor Series 2003.
When he came up after the punch from Taker, it just started pouring out of his head. It just kept flowing out forever. And he was taking shovel shots to the face and all kinds of shit. I was starting to legit fear that he was going to pass out from blood loss.

I remember being there 10 rows back, seeing him get hit and, before he hit the ground, going "f*** he's bleeding a lot".

The first botch that came to mind was Sid. That's one thing you never forget (however, I will still watch it).
However, Ultimo Chocula (and later, Biafra) mentioned Hayabusa. That botch is much worse than Sid's in my opinion, and it's amazing Hayabusa can recover from that (even if it isn't a full recovery).

Tie between Sid, Vader and Hayabusa's botches.
I'll also throw in Jushin Thunder Liger's ankle, the Danbury botch and Muta's blade job.

Definitely Sid's.
Also, I cringe whenever watching La Resistance drop Spike Dudley on the table.

That Necro one is absolutely horrible, probably goes to the top of my list, I know it's nowhere near as bad as a neck injury or the like in the long term though.
What's the Lince Dorado one people keep mentioning? Any videos?

the dorado thing was hard to watch, but that was more the after effects than the botch itself. i'll try and find a link, but it's pretty shocking stuff. i hadn't seen the necro one before, but that almost made me sick. there are little clips of the lince thing here, during kingston's promo, but i couldn't find a full version: uk.youtube.com/watch?v=5UZ_s3kbnGA

Dear God in Heaven, why wasn't this #1?!? Sid breaking his leg is what I substitute in place of "thinking about baseball" if ya know what I mean.

The Lince Dorado botch has to be the one I wish I had never seen. Not because it was the most serious, not because it was the most painful but during his entrance you can see him hug a small latin girl with a Lince Dorado mask. Which I assume is one of Lince's family members. Plus, then you have the stories of his mother screaming "MY BABY!" from backstage.
For those who haven't seen it, at Chapter 11 in November of 2007, Lince Dorado vs Mitch Ryder, Hair vs Mask. Lince was attempting to do a 450 shooting star senton splash, his legs landed on top of Mitch Ryder and his head crashed against the canvas. He began to go into a seizure. The tecnico superpowers and remaining Kings of Wrestling were out supporting their wrestlers. When Lince lands, the tecnicos start screaming "COVER HIM!" and then you can see that they know something is wrong. It cuts and Mitch Ryder has pulled Lince's arm over his chest. It cuts again and you can just hear a dead silent crowd, while Mitch Ryder sits in the middle of the ring getting his head shaved holding back tears in his eyes. Then the credits roll for the DVD.

Yeah, Sid was really hard to watch, but after this, I gotta put that chunk of Necro's arm getting ripped off and just dangling there at the top now. That is easily the sickest thing anyone's likely to see in the history of wrestling (well, next to someone's head getting split open, as could've happened during the botched New Jack-Vic Grimes highspot). To me, that clip represents the absolute worst of wrestling. I like Necro and everything, but it was unprofessional - nay, STUPID - of both men to continue wrestling in that match considering how badly injured they'd become. Of course, you could rightfully argue that it's stupid to wrestle under those circumstances in the first place, and I totally agree with that argument. At CZW's Tournament of Death: Fast Forward (2007), Danny Havoc took on "Diehard" Dustin Lee in a deathmatch. The two started out mat wrestling, and as Lee was recovering from what I think was a hip toss, a stray light tube badly cut open his back. The injury he incurred looked an awful lot like the one Necro incurred. Fortunately, Lee was smart enough to end the match immediately and seek treatment backstage. He ended up being fine after physicians tended to him, but his injury was truly a grusome thing to behold. I wish they'd stop using light tubes altogether. I personally just don't get the point of deathmatches or excessive pain where in a fixed match you're really going to hit a guy with a baseball bat wrapped in barbed wire. Honestly, why? Anyway, I'll nominate Owen Hart falling from the scaffolding and Sid breaking his leg.
