Definitely Sid's leg. That made me sick when I first saw it.

First that came to mind. Add in Lesnar's SSP and Eddy's blade job at JD against JBL and that's my list.

Sid's leg is at the top of the list, followed by Lince Dorado at CHIKARA's "last" event of 2007, Chapter 11.

Whoever did that SSP and landed on the turnbuckle...hurts just watching it.
Also, Lesnar breaking Hardcore Holly's neck.

Yeah, Sid was really hard to watch, but after this, I gotta put that chunk of Necro's arm getting ripped off and just dangling there at the top now.

Sid's leg botching the laws of physics pretty much begins, ends, and entirely embodies this thread.

Any neck botch. Nothing scares me more in pro wrestling. An arm and a leg can heal, may not be 100% but you can still use it. Break your neck and you may lose your basic motor functions. The Hayabusa botch being #1.

Yeah, Sid was really hard to watch, but after this, I gotta put that chunk of Necro's arm getting ripped off and just dangling there at the top now. That is easily the sickest thing anyone's likely to see in the history of wrestling (well, next to someone's head getting split open, as could've happened during the botched New Jack-Vic Grimes highspot). To me, that clip represents the absolute worst of wrestling. I like Necro and everything, but it was unprofessional - nay, STUPID - of both men to continue wrestling in that match considering how badly injured they'd become. Of course, you could rightfully argue that it's stupid to wrestle under those circumstances in the first place, and I totally agree with that argument. At CZW's Tournament of Death: Fast Forward (2007), Danny Havoc took on "Diehard" Dustin Lee in a deathmatch. The two started out mat wrestling, and as Lee was recovering from what I think was a hip toss, a stray light tube badly cut open his back. The injury he incurred looked an awful lot like the one Necro incurred. Fortunately, Lee was smart enough to end the match immediately and seek treatment backstage. He ended up being fine after physicians tended to him, but his injury was truly a grusome thing to behold. I wish they'd stop using light tubes altogether. Anyway, here are other botches that were particularly upsetting to behold: Lesnar's botched Shooting Star Press (vs Angle) @ Wrestlemania. Hayabusa's botched springboard backflips (both of them), which led to his paralysis. Vic Grimes being thrown off of a 40-foot scaffold by New Jack

Owen Hart piledriving Steve Austin at Summerslam 1997, breaking Austin's neck and, in the long run, forcing his retirement.

Eddie's bladejob at JD. If you think it was bad, trying seeing it live and up close like I did

I was literally a few feet away from where Vic Grimes fell at XPW's Freefall. Scariest shit I had ever seen in my life.
