Okay so like...I legitimately don't understand how some people can't taste the difference between the two. Pepsi is definitely a lot more sweet, in a bad way in my personal opinion.
Seriously though...is there anyone here who can't taste the difference? Because I just can't even fathom that.

Never understood people who complain about Pepsi being too sweet. It's soda. It's supposed to be sweet!

It is indeed supposed to be sweet, but like...MAN. Beyond how ridiculously sweet it is, I just honestly don't care for the flavor at all. I think it's gross.

Yep.
Similarly, I also don't understand how people can't tell the difference between regular, Diet, and Coke Zero style.

Yes.
Coke is just awful. I don't know how someone can say it tastes like Pepsi.

Yep. Similarly, I also don't understand how people can't tell the difference between regular, Diet, and Coke Zero style. I can tell the difference between all of those (the latter two are both terrible), but I have never been able to taste a difference between Coke and Pepsi.

Yep. Similarly, I also don't understand how people can't tell the difference between regular, Diet, and Coke Zero style. That's even less comprehensible than Coke and Pepsi. EVERY diet/zero soda has that same disgusting aftertaste to me, and I respect people that drink it, but man...I can't.

Yep. I'm with you Dude. I can't drink Pepsi. I prefer Coke, though I don't have a problem with Diet Coke either.

Pepsi is the sweeter of the two. Up until last year I could not distinguish the difference between the two.

The other day I accidentally picked up a Diet A&W thinking it was Cream Soda (damn similar bottles) so we get home and my girlfriend offers me a drink of her Pepsi.
I took one sip and went to the fridge for a bottled water.
e.g. Pepsi is nothing like Coke, the drink of legends.

I agree with the latter, but I prefer Coke in a can to a bottle...unless it's a glass bottle, because it tastes awesome in a glass bottle. Also, how about fountain? I actually prefer fountain Pepsi to fountain Coke.

It's why I drink green tea and water.

Odd thing I noticed waiting tables. When we had coke and people asked for pepsi, they always just took their coke and shut up. When we had pepsi and people asked for coke, many of them would throw a major hissy fit. I joking say it's because us pepsi drinkers are classier people, but I know deep down we are just used to nobody having our drink of choice.
