Can someone tell me what was the purpose of him dancing to ringside? It added nothing to the story line. Go back and watch his enterances as Gradmaster Sexay. That's how he entered the ring area back in the day.

I don't know why people were surprised he didn't get a reaction. Yeah, Too Cool were over but only for like a year back at best. I enjoyed seeing him again though.

Considering the guy is 39, going on 40, some of you guys are being a little harsh about how he looked and the fact that he was winded after doing the old dance routine. I'm in my 30's now and couldn't do half of that dance without passing out. It's not like he's under contract with a major wrestling company and needs to keep himself in peak physical condition. And at least we know he's not using steroids. You know, because I'm sure as a former wrestler from the mid-to late 90's he never abused them back then. I thought he did his part well. I don't think the company expected much of a reaction, but I think that was the point. Doing the dance routine after all these years in near silence was supposed to make him look pathetic. I think the failure of the segment was the King's portion of it. We should have seen sympathy from him, not revulsion and anger.

When your nickname is Grandmaster Sexay, you kind of pigeonholed yourself into a particular era in pop culture that is usually so agonizing to look back upon with reverence.
It's why we don't talk about Tom Zenk. What kind of name is the Z Man??? Wearing neon colored trunks??? Rocking a mullet??? If he wore Zubaz pants entering the ring, I would have totally forgot he existed.

Seeing him do the Sexay dancing in normal street clothes to the sound of absolutely no-one giving a f*** is one of the most comically depressing and depressingly comical things I've ever seen. It was brilliant.

It was brilliant. Especially when Scotty got a decent sized pop for the worm when he did it at Raw XV (along with the entire crowd doing the woos and W-O-R-M).

Of course had it been in Memphis, he would have gotten a huge reaction Had it been in Memphis, you'd hear crowd members asking each other, "when did HE get out of jail?" Seriously, if he hasn't been locked up again since Raw, he's somewhere getting high right this very moment. I don't say that to be mean, but the guy really has a problem that I hope he gets fixed soon.
