Why am I reminded of Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas?

Just watching that, I can't understand why any person with anything resembling a conscience would allow anyone in that bad a shape to go out to the ring like that, much less help them walk to the ring instead of a hospital. Scott moved like a 90 year old man in that video, sad, just sad. Agreed

This makes me want to cry. I'm not even joking. Same here my friend, and damn that promoter for sending Hall to the ring.

Had a friend at the show. He said they were told that Hall had a seizure shortly beforehand and that Hall insisted upon being part of the show. He still had the hospital bracelet on his wrist and my friend's wife (who is in the medical field) said he was acting like a person who had recently suffered a seizure. When Hall was led out of the ring, he passed by my friend and did not smell like alcohol.
Regardless of the situation, still very sad for Scott.

All I can say is that, if Scott Hall was in that bad of shape, yet still DEMANDED that he be part of the show...then the guy is pretty bad ass! (Even though he really shouldn't have been there at all).
Just kinda cool that he didn't want to disappoint the fans like that, y'know?

Hall is a big Elvis fan, and much like Elvis, he is going to go out in a similar condition, out of shape and all pilled up. Poor guy, he was one of my favorites growing up, still is, but he really does need an intervention.

Wow, you guys are blaming the promoter?
TRP has been around for years. They obviously forked over thousands of dollars to book Hall to make the show special. It is what it is.
Hall can't get his shit together. To blame a promoter who put thousands of dollars out to pay Hall. Pay his flight and hotel. Not to mention boat loads of advertising with Hall's name on it. It's a tough spot to be in for the promoter. Hall clearly put a lot of people in a terrible spot. He disappointed the people who booked him and disappointed the fans who paid to see him.

I don't like to exaggerate but I think that could be one of the saddest things I have ever seen as a wrestling fan. I was shocked watching that. I wish everyone involved the best, what a terrible situation and a very sad sight for any true wrestling fan to watch.
