so are all TNA wrestlers gonna lash out at the internet fans? I wish Curry Man would drop the TNA Fired Title so he could eventually do that.

If quality of matches and promo's matter, than why is Gunner getting a push? Seriously does ANYone see Gunner taking TNA to the next level? He's got a good a chance as anyone else.

They can't even utilize a guy like The Pope, or Joe, or AJ Styles. All people who have a boat load more talent than Gunner.

Someone needs to put a bunch of those "You can catch more flies with honey than with vinegar" motivational posters all around the Impact Zone's backstage.

Something totally ridiculous occured to me. Possibly the most vocal person to use the internet to have a go at those people who don't like TNA's current direction and actions so far has been Bischoff. He's then followed by Crimson and Gunner, two of the guys that TNA seems currently very high on, two guys that TNA has been pushing (regardless of whether or not the average TNA fan feels they deserve a push).
Eric Bischoff's opinions and stance (namely the whole idea that "controversy creates cash") are well known/reported.
So what if rather than simply being petty and small minded against what he sees as a small percentage of wrestling fans who are out to have a go at him and his friends, Bischoff in his own way actually thinks he's applying reverse psychology here? Fight fire with fire. Keep goading the "fans" who constantly claim to dislike the product and eventually they will (in his mind at least) actually WATCH the shows and suddenly discover just how wrong they have been?
I could imagine a guy as egotistical as Eric (appears to be at least) thinking that this was an amazing plan. Of course the huge flaw in said plan is that an awful lot of fans, not just the "ten percenters" DO dislike the current product/direction, and also hold Bischoff and Hogan's arrival in TNA as a ground zero (whether fair or not) for the time when the quality of the product began to noticably slip.
So in a nutshell - rather than seeing what they are doing as being petty and making them look very cheap and small, Bischoff thinks that his using the internet to have a dig at the fans that are vocal in their dislike of the show may a) eventually bring those fans onside and b) endear him and his crew to those fans who DO like the current product.

Even though we're sick of TNA ripping off things from WWE, there is one thing they NEED to rip off - their response to criticism. The John Cena method of shrugging it off and skillfully throwing it back in their faces is 100 times more effective than getting butthurt on Twitter.
And WWE CAN attack internet fans if they wanted to, with little to no repurcussions, TNA can't afford to lose the internet fanbase, no matter what that moron Eric Bischoff will tell you.

FFS. The problem is theyre yelling out WRESTLING MATTERS, but theyre doing nothing different with the programming. Its just a lame cheapshot at the WWE.

Don't tell us that wrestling matters again, and not really change the program. And for dealing with criticism, John Cena vs RVD at One Night Stand should be mandatory viewing. That's how you deal with it. For as much hate as Cena (unjustly) got, that match made a lot of those people respect Cena. They may not like the way Cena's booked, but a lot after that match respected the guy, for taking everything, it not rattling him and upping his game.

The problem is a lot of IW's detractors (Myself included) DO watch the show and aren't happy with it. All they've done is change the name and sets, the product is the same thing.

I'm sorry, but TNA is not in the best position to so vocally criticize wrestlng fans. I think they would be better suited to value these fans and consider them.

Like I said in an earlier post, TNA tells us that wrestling matters, then (and Gunner has been quite explicit about this) tries to redefine exactly what "wrestling" means - it's not just what goes on in the ring, it's the whole kit and kaboodle - the promos, the backstage segments, the in ring product, the term "wrestling" applies to EVERYTHING. Which is of course a cop out, but if that's the way they want to play it.

Cena "sold" it like a champ and had a pretty good match with RVD in the process. Vince McMahon enters the Impact Zone at 5, 4, 3, 2,.... On a serious note: As for Bischoff, he just leaves my head scratching. I am not sure about reverse psychology. Maybe the company should be sold to Vince and he gets hired again only to be a heel who ends up getting humiliated.

Keep towing the company line like a good soldier, Gunner. You will get that world title reign before long.

Gunner is just mad that TNA isn't pushing him hard enough, so he's taking it out on random fans.
