I was watching the Today Show early this morning and maybe I heard wrong as I was still half-asleep, but I heard the dad actively encouraged the other twin to take the shot for his brother.
If that's what actually happened, then to make a big stink about honesty and giving the money back, man what a dick.

The kids had to miss out on college money cause of their grandma's good parenting skills. |
