I'll start off by being controversial and saying VHS tapes and cassettes.
Also, the Spice Girls.

Snork you, brah. Cassettes own.
I miss them every time I effortlessly flip through the two entire human days of music on my ipod on whim.

Dialup. Being limited by 1.44 megabytes on floppy disks.
The "XTREEEEEME" fad in all its iterations.

Old school ordering stuff.
Get catalogue -> select item -> send check and order form to them -> wait for said things to get to them -> wait -> wait -> wait -> recieve confirmation that whatever you wanted is on backorder and that'll you'll have to be waiting some more.

Florescent clothing, either in hot pink or neon green.
"Hypercolor" shirts that supposedly changed colors with body temperature.
Tight-rolled jeans on guys. Nothing said "hot and sexy" on a dude than a flash of ankle.
People wearing their clothes backwards like Kriss Kross. Why don't you "Jump, Jump" off a bridge?

My special ed elementary school When the crisis intervention guy encourages you to run away from the school and the principal says you won't graduate high school, it's time to leave. Thankfully by 1999 I did.

I actually liked the Spice Girls. Sure they weren't that great as individual singers, but it looked like they had fun with what they were doing.

All the shitty boybands the mid to late 1990s had (I don't mind the early 1990s as much). Specifically the Backstreet Boys, N Sync, 98 Degrees...all those kinds of groups.
It even irks me today that Justin Timberlake is still popular. Although I admit he does have some charisma and had been in at least one good movie, "The Social Network."

The totally needless culture of cynicism and apathy. Seriously, the Cold War just ended, the economy was booming, and technology was growing by leaps and bounds. Compare that to today, when the economy is in a toilet and war and terrorism are rampant. You're going to pick the former as the best time to feel cynical and angsty?

Not so much VHS tapes, but I definitely don't miss having to record with tapes. Today you hit one button and it records for you, tapes were a pain in the ass to record with.

The popularity of watered down grunge lite bands like Creed, Candlebox, and Seven Mary Three. Some of the actual grunge bands were ok, but the "me too" bands that it produced - yikes.

One thing I can say is that you have to find whatever you want to record over or find some space to record such a program onto. I am guilty of taping over things in the past on accident. Also, overalls as casual wear, especially with one buckle undone. Overalls are still used these days...as work wear, but not casually.

I 2nd dial-up. And I liked the Spice Girls. Their songs were contagiously catchy, and they looked like they were having fun. They're almost like a guilty pleasure. GIRL POWAH!

I always used to tape over other programs, even if it wasn't for very long. Luckily I never taped that much, but when I did typically it was a disaster. Like when I accidentally taped over one of my Dad's NWA tapes with some cartoons, I found that out while watching it recently.

The Spider Man clone saga. It had some cool moments, but for the most part it was not well planned, took too freaking long, and was way too confusing.
