Good point. The guy's wearing old tights. Get rid of him. Get Dasher Hatfield in his place, pronto!

A lot of great coaches in sports were guys who had a very lackluster playing career. Sure, we're talking about wrestling and yes, Jannetty has an history of substance abuse, but don't base your judgment on something like "Well, he was never a main-eventer", or "He's only known for being thrown into a plate glass window".
Obviously, you all have the right to voice your disagreement, and i can't and won't stop you from doing so. But come on, people. If everything works out, then great. If not, well Jannetty will get fired.

Aye, quite possibly the weirdest critiscism so far. How many world class main eventers of the past 25 or so years were trained by multi millionaires who sold out every venue in the country on name alone? Think of that big long list of incredible superstars Hulk Hogan and Steve Austin have trained, like ehh.......Mr America??

Almost no main eventers have trained anyone (outside of relatives). Bruno trained Larry Zybysko, Flair trained Stan Lane. That's all I can really think of. I mean I know the top guys wouldn't need the money, but seriously... no desire to pass something on to the next gen?

What the f*** is so bad about bringing in Marty Janetty? You guys make it sound like he signed Jeff Hardy or something. I don't remember people wigging out like that when WWE brought Janetty in for a few shots a few years ago, as a matter of fact, I remember people marking out.

It's kind of weird that guys like Johnny Rodz or Mike Sharpe, who never had that much success, have had a lot of good trainees. Hell, technically Quackenbush would fall into that category.

It's not like Jannetty is training world class stars. None of those guys had a career that even comes close to Marty's.

See a lot of people groaning really hard (like myself) is directly BECAUSE of what happened when WWE brought Janetty in last. The man is about as reliable as Hardy AT HIS WORST, and I literally give it about two weeks before he no shows and/or gets busted for drugs and Quack deems him an un-person in CHIKARA history. Yeah, when the guy is on he's one of the better workers in history. But he's Scott Hall levels of unreliable.

And because, let's face it, Quack's erased people from Chikara for FAR less than getting arrested, I don't doubt it'll happen quicker than two weeks for something way more innocuous.

Why do people think Quack is off his rocker based on the last 2 seasons?

If he screwed up a push against Michaels in the 90's it's because he didn't have buddies to back him. Hall could have showed up in that condition plenty of times when he was big and he'd be protected
