had to remove the photo sorry. It's good! No, you do not get to post these kind of things then complain when men comment on it. Every bit of my 3 headed rage. If I walk down 23rd with my wallet out, I'm not going to complain when I get robbed.

If I walk down 23rd with my wallet out, I'm not going to complain when I get robbed. Actually, you should complain. I'm pretty pissed at the whole "blame the victim" society, like, robbing is another thing. I know it's definitely pie in the sky dreams but, it's the fault of the thief that someone's wallet got stolen. Why do people need to victim blame in a situation like that. Yeah, someone made the mistake of having their wallet out, or being pick pocketed, or well, existing in a world where there are thieves. It's not someone's fault for getting their wallet or whatever stolen, it's the fault of the thief for stealing it. Now, if it's a picture of a chick putting a sexy pic of herself up and people are like, hey, you look sexy, then I can understand that being a reasonable response to a sexy picture. Of course if they're like, by I'd like to f*** your brains out like Katie Vick, then that's different. But the picture's gone, so we need context. Ok, checked the context. If she's getting sexual messages, like, harassing messages, then yeah, that's bullshit and shouldn't happen. She looks hot, sexy, and whatever, but she shouldn't be harassed.

Unless a woman has a sign beneath her image that specifically says "PLEASE SEND ME DISGUSTING COME-ONs!" there's no justification for anyone to send her lewd messages. Stop blaming victims.

It's just common sense. You should understand the message you're sending. Perception and reality aren't the same thing, it sucks but you have to account for what people will think when you put things in public.

I actually think she looks like she's about to throw up... It also seems like she's not wearing any pants. So that begs the question: Why is a young woman taking a picture of her(cleavage)self when she is obviously ill, pant-less, and about to throw up? Young people today, I swear.

And why exactly is someone not allowed to take a picture of themselves (whether it's regarded as sexy or not) without being swarmed by creepers?

No, I didn't mention rape at all, there is no justification for rape. I'm comparing it to a woman who openly posted these pictures on a public social network, then gets offended when people comment on it. She posted the picture to get looked at, that's it. Having no pants on is certainly not an artistic angle.

Stop frontin and say you what you were doing. "I don't even want a boyfriend or anything" *Censored* Well, women do get a ton of creepers just on dating sites for example, with just posting normal pictures. Honestly, I'm sure she got a number of them and maybe didn't feel comfortable bringing them up, until of course someone came up to back her up. Also, it says "I'm sorry you have to deal with perverse guys" so she probably had issues in the past or with that photo before it was mentioned. Again, it shouldn't be a feminist rant defending someone against sexually harassment. Even if she was doing it for attention, attention =/= sexual harassment. Like, take a chick being at a bar with a sexy get up. She may get attention, but that doesn't mean people can grope her, or well, sexually harass her. She could walk in naked and it wouldn't justify sexual harassment.

Getting a message from interested dudes should not be considered harassment just because she finds them "gross". I message chicks who post attractive pics all the time, I'm not sexually harassing them. Sending them a friend request isn't sexual harassment. If you're going to post these type of pictures that are available to the whole internet, you open yourself to positive and negative attention.
