Was reading an article that pretty much asks if women should get angry when someone they aren't attracted to looks at their boobs. I personally enjoy looking at boobs, but try not to stare or ogle...a good three second scan does me good.
So what do you think...are women teasing the less desirable or are they justified in getting angry when people stare? And please, let's try to keep this civil.

I don't think looking hurts unless you are like standing in front of the woman just staring down at her breasts with your jaw wide open.

Look, most women know that with wearing revealing clothes that there's going to be guys looking. Why any girl gets mad or is shocked shouldn't be at this point. It's no different when the roles are reverse.

I say if they are going to wear clothing that leaves things hanging out then they have no right to complain about people that take a look.

If you wear something revealing you can't possibly be surprised when people look or stare. Liking or disliking the attention doesn't negate the fact that less clothes = more looks.

I think the vast majority of women who wear revealing clothing know they're going to get looks from men (and often from other women, though likely for different reasons).
What a lot of women don't like is if they're getting stares, I think, which are much creepier. Fact is a grown man should be capable of handling himself almost no matter what a woman is wearing, though obviously any guy knows it can be difficult sometimes.
The whole concept and psychology behind "revealing" clothing is a pretty fascinating topic, though, it's one of those topics I'd like to see a bunch of scholars from different fields (sociology, psychology, biology, feminism in those various sciences, etc.) analyze. Seriously, it's an aspect of modern gender relations that can be very, very complicated.

It's no different when the roles are reverse. Seriously! I can't even wear my assless chaps in peace without girls staring at me. It gets really old, really fast. Well, I guess it'd be fine if they weren't pointing and laughing, too.

Well the article I was reading was theorizing that the reason they get mad is because they only want someone in their "league" to look, but not the basement dwelling cheetos lovers. Like "these boobies are only for this guy to look at but not you".

If a girl ever gives me a dirty look for staring at her mambos, I think I would just fall down to my knees and start yelling something like, "Dammit woman, don't you see? This is all I have!! Why would you want to take one of the few good things in my life away from me?!" And then curl up in a ball and start sobbing.

How about treating women with the same respect regardless what they're wearing?
Telling a woman to dress a certain way so she won't be objectified by some disrespectful gaze is essentially saying "make sure he stares at the other woman."
No matter what a woman wears, there's some guy out there that will ogle her. Blaming the woman for that in any situation, regardless what she's wearing, is silly. Instead of telling a female how she is [i[supposed[/i] to feel, or suggesting all of her choices in life revolve around finding the right guy, how about asking the offending drone in question to learn how to admire a fellow human with a level of discretion that won't be perceived as blatantly disrespectful.

I was always under the impression that women dress that way to impress other women (not in a sexual way, but a fashionable way). I'm pretty sure, all women are aware that men can sexualize any clothes they wear no matter what, so it's not done for them.

They're sexy toys like jet skis or giant grills or chainsaws.

I've been to so many anime conventions and have seen so many women in form fitting revealing clothes that I don't even glance at the "goods" anymore.

If a woman wears a shirt with writing across the chest, she shouldn't get mad at me for trying to read it five or six times.
It's not as though I chose to be blind, you know? Braille is difficult.
