Well, maybe Hunter remembered this was the guy who let that group of heels that terrorized the company a couple years back and realized "Hey, I never got the chance to kick their asses for that."
He should have just said "That's for Nexus." And walked away.

Paul Levesque is an idiot. The smartest thing he did was transition from Chyna to Steph. As aforementioned, brace thyself for periodical beatdowns and burials from HHH well into the coming decades. You think Vince was/is jacked? That's h's most basic influence. Also, I don't mean Idiot in its most Dostoyevskian, blatant terms, but just moreso pertaining to a guy who just can't get enough. And now he's taking things over.

Why is the C.O.O. allowed to kick his employees in the balls? I get the Lesnar match; Brock agreed to it, and even named the stips. But from a continuity and logical standpoint what is and isn't allowed by onscreen authority characters is confusing and never consistent.

I guess we should be used to it by now though. Felt bad for Wade really.

The moment would have been perfect if King or Cole said, "That's our Hunter" while some cheesy sitcom music started playing in the background.

Apparently he's the face in this feud with Brock. I'm not seeing it.

Only thing missing was Hunter wearing a blue jumpsuit and a massive orange wig. He should had pointed to the camera afterwards and said "Hey Wade, you just got kick in the nuts."

Atomic Drop is perfectly legal though. I know that. But the Atomic Drop targets the tailbone. If Miz was working the injured part of Barrett, he'd have to target his groin, which would get him disqualified. Reverse atomic drop, wishbone, Hardy double leg drop; quite a few moves that attack that area that aren't considered illegal.

Thought it was funny. I expect others to look too much into it. It was actually clever foreshadowing from WWE's highly skilled writers. HHH has already failed to beat Brock once so now has to resort to underhand tactics, he was just testing his testes game plan. As his match at WM will be no holds barred I expect him to win with a barred hold; the testicular claw.

I laughed and it played into the match with Wade getting hit by multiple groin shots

He did it to get you all to stop praising him for being the savior of the company with his recent office-related "successes". At the end of the day he's still an insecure little boy who knows he'll never be in that top group of elite guys in the history of the business.

If Wade Barrett's career is decided over a kick to the nuts, then he isn't meant to be a star. Honestly, it might be the most that the crowd has cared about Barrett at all recently.

Even as a HHH fan, just unnecessary. Not a big deal, but pointless to anyone.

I'd still be laughing if he did it to Zack Ryder instead.
Then kicked him in the ass, right square in the PUSH ME button.

Like I said in the Raw thread, Triple H is like that kid everyone grew up with. Whenever you'd play superheroes or wrestling or whathaveyou, he'd always insist that his guy was the strongest, smartest, fastest, most badass person who barely had any weaknesses and could counter anything you throw at him. This is the best description of HHH I've ever seen. Kicking Wade in the balls is fairly low down his list of making people unnecessarily look inferior.

Getting kicked in the balls by HHH > Feuding with Bo Dallas.

In Kayfabe, It made sense. It made me laugh. It reminded me of the scene in Raiders of the Lost Ark where Indy thinks he's home free but all of a sudden the guy with the swords is blocking his way. You're expecting a great Whip vs Swords fight. Then Indy just shoots him and walks on by.
Outside of Kayfabe? I really don't care outside of Kayfabe.

I really don't get the "he's going to ruin the company" mentality for some of the opinions here. It was a harmless bit, and I'm pretty sure it wasn't meant to be taken seriously.
