Oh thanks! I really appreciate that. Does anyone know if the USA broadcasts the Spanish La Liga (I want to see this one in particular, cause I have Spanish Heritage and some of my favorite players are in that division) or any other Leagues? I'd like to watch as much as possible. =P Not sure of the schedule, but beIN Sports is the broadcaster of La Liga in the US. You should be able to find info.

Legia Warsaw may have fielded an ineligable player, so Celtic may be reinstated. tried to find out how long he was banned for is a pain in the arse THANKS UEFA.COM i here he wasn't registered for the st patricks tie, so he only missed one game, the first leg against celtic and coming on as a late subsitute in the second leg might have knackered the poles! oh and WELL DONE HULL too! st johnstone and aberdeen go out

I know it's not anywhere near 100 pages yet but I'm going to lock this thread up in the best 24 hours so we can have a nice new thread for the new season. If anyone is starting any Fantasy Leagues for the season and wants me to link them in the opening post, then post it here and I'll sort it.

Legia Warsaw may have fielded an ineligable player, so Celtic may be reinstated. If that does happen, then Celtic have got to be the luckiest team in Europe. Happened just a few years back with Sion. Considering the scoreline, though, what would be the point of putting them back in? They would probably get destroyed again. Then again, they may get a seeding to play one of the "weaker" teams. Not sure how it would work in this case. (Does Celtic take the unseeded Legia's place and therefore go unseeded, or do they re-do the seedings to include Celtic?)

UEFA have confirmed the result has been thrown out and Celtic awarded a 3-0 win, which takes them through on away goals. I would presume Celtic will be seeded and the previous lowest seed will be bumped.

From what I gather, the player was suspended for 3 games so he wasn't included in the squad for the previous round but because he wasn't in the squad then those matches don't count towards the suspension and therefore he was still supended for the game. Add to the fact he only played like 5 minutes of the match if I read correctly Having said that, I'm sure Celtic won't mind (What team would)

Obviously it's a simple clerical error and has been harshly punished, but other instances of this happening has often resulted in fines. As he played for less than two minutes in a tie that had a very clear victor I would think a fine would be more than sufficient. In any case, I expect Celtic to get soundly beaten again against Maribor.

Finally have BT Sport now, so I'm experiencing their coverage for the first time. And it's f***ing awful. Jake Humphrey could only be worse if he was Adrian Chiles, Ian Wright has always been a piss-poor pundit and Michael Owen on commentary could send the most hyperactive person to sleep. And what's with that stupid "BT Box" that appears?

Great win for Arsenal today, hope it gives us a boost to try and challenge for the title again, I still think Man City & Chelsea are the 2 strongest teams (even though Liverpool did finish 2nd last year) but hopefully now we've got our hands on a trophy or 2 now it will give us the confidence to push on.

Anthony Pilkington was left out of the Norwich squad today because of a "niggle" he picked up a few days ago, according to the manager. Pilkington then tweets a local journalist after the game to say he's been injury free all pre-season, despite the manager saying a few times that he's been nursing injuries. ... Got a looooong season ahead
