First and only time I've seen LaRae wrestle. How is she usually in the ring? I'm guessing a lot better than that, right?

She's been pretty good in the ring in the matches I've seen her in, not everyone can have a good match and maybe it was nerves and just because someone had one bad match doesn't mean they're a bad wrestler although the worst time to have a night off would be in your first appearance in the second biggest promotion in North America.

Candice looks good when wrestling with people who can make others look like stars. But she suffers when leaving the confines of PWG because her usual opponents aren't there to carry the load. That's why she rarely leaves Resada and get more national bookings. She's not hot garbage but she only really knows how to wrestle one type of match: PWG free reign style. That's why she was trying to squeeze 6 minutes of highspots in 2 minutes.

Candace LaRae was sloppy as all hell and trying to do way too many flashy moves. Even Gail(who usually is dependable for a good match) couldn't save it and was kind of sloppy herself. Yes Gail reacting to a kick out off the powerbomb before it happened then when it did happen 4 seconds later reacting the exact same way was terrible. Gail is usually a lot better than that.

Imo Gail has been really off her game lately and seems to half-assing her matches probably due to the talent level around her being so low. Candice is usually better than she was last night, she's not a top tier female talent on the indys though like Mia Yim, Ivelisse, or Athena (if/when she comes back).

First and only time I've seen LaRae wrestle. How is she usually in the ring? I'm guessing a lot better than that, right? She's a really good wrestler usually. Like I kind of get annoyed when diva fans rave about a diva's match and say its a potential MOTY candidate because even the best female matches rarely live up your average male match and this isn't a sexist standpoint it's just how I feel about women's wrestling - I don't know the reasoning behind why their matches aren't better. Maybe it's genetics, maybe it's the fact that they're never given the spotlight or chance that men get so their wrestling style and standards never have the chance to be as high. Whatever the reason I rarely see a female wrestler that I can quantify as good enough to hang with the men but Candice is actually one of these women. She was in a 6-person tag with Rich Swann and AR Fox against Adam Cole and The Young Bucks (Generation Me) and she more than held her own - AND it is one of my favourite matches of the year. Last night, however, she was totally off her game. It was probably because they tried to squeeze too much into a very short match. The 6-person tag match I referred to went well over 20 minutes, this was barely 2 minutes long (if that - I didn't time it) and they tried to fit too much in. I hope she gets another chance though because she is super talented and would be a great addition to a very thin (and lets face it, Gail Kim aside, talentless) Knockout's Division.
