So, I just came up with a pretty fun setup for an NXT 2015 game. I'm running it as its own fed, with everyone on open contracts. I devised a set of guidelines I must follow: - anyone fired by WWE must be hired to NXT - all new hires must join the Florida Loop until the start of the new month - must run a Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic leading into the first NXT Takeover on October 7th - Finn Balor must lose the NXT Title on October 7th - the new Champion must win with the help of Bull Dempsey, who will turn heel and become their bodyguard - Samoa Joe can only put people over - Alexander Wolfe must form a regular team with a preexisting act on the roster - Sylvester LeFort must manage a female Superstar by Takeover - that talent must be a heel or she must turn heel - Alex Riley must mentor a lower card or debuting talent - Solomon Crowe must create the SAnitY stable by the November 21st Takeover - must include a woman and two additional males - Eva Marie must form an all-woman stable, with any member of the stable winning the Women's Championship by the December 16th Takeover (minimum three members, maximum five members) - three active teams at the start of the game must split up by the end of the year. One team must feud with each other, one team must create two new teams, and one team must have one member pushed and one released (must complete by the end of 2015) Now I can't wait to get out of work today so I can go home and run it lol you took the NXT as its’ own company idea from me didn’t you? Lol that's actually something I've done before, just not with a ruleset.

Been doing an EWR game (as AEW, of course) that started in May 2020 and is currently up to present day. In that time:
- Vince McMahon retired, and was replaced as WWE's owner by former Steel City Wrestling promoter "Notorious" Norm Connors. Connors prefers to hire brawlers, and as such, his first new hires were Moose, Jon Davis, and Go Shiozaki. They are now the number 2 promotion in the US.
- Harold Meij stepped down as the owner of NJPW's US branch (predating his IRL resignation by several months), and was replaced by Sweet Saraya Knight, who proceeded to turn NJPW-US into a high flying product. Okada, Suzuki, and Switchblade were out, replaced by Rey Horus, Zachary Wentz (aka Nash Carter of MSK), and Zenshi. Their popularity has fallen off a cliff.
- Impact has continued on unabated, though they did add such luminaries as nZo, Scott Hall, and Shane Douglas to their ranks. Even with a name change, even in a booking simulator, TNA is gonna TNA.

Decided to make another go at my old "Rope Opera" idea. Signed the following from the most recent groups of releases: Adam Scherr Buddy Matthews Big Damo EC3 John Hennigan Taya Valkyrie Keith Lee Mia Yim Kevin Kross Scarlett Bordeaux Eva Marie Black Label (formerly known as Hit Row) Then, I signed the following who were released on the first two days of the game: Abadon KiLynn King Jamie Hayter Ben Buchanan (formerly known as Brooks Jensen) Omari Palmer (formerly known as Odyssey Jones) Daniel Vidot (formerly known as Xyon Quinn) Simone Johnson Julia Hart Maki Itoh Karen Q (formerly known as Mei Ying/Wendy Chu) And then to round things out for the first episode: Brian Zane (will do color commentary, alongside Adnan Virk) Bad Bunny ODB I was looking at non-wrestler options for a commissioner/authority figure and Aliyah Mysterio is an option. On one hand... why?? But on the other hand... I kinda want to...??

So, I've been working on a Backyard to Global game. Using the August 2016 mod, I started with nothing and have built up to Regional level right now, with a PI of 57% and rising.
I started off building around Alex Avgerinos as my top babyface and John Hess as my main heel. As time went on, all my main guys started getting signed to bigger companies. I had a heel stable built around Chase Owens, but that fizzled out due to the signings. Jarek Matthews became my top babyface and Champion. Malakai Black is currently the top heel and Champion, running The House of Black, which originally was him and Andy Ridge. Ridge got signed elsewhere, so the new lineup is Black, Taurus, Obariyon (Kodama won't sign) and Steve Pain and Keith Walker as the tag team. Pain was originally in a team with Sinn Bodhi, but Bodhi signed a written deal with Crash Course Combat.
No TV deal yet, I want to get my roster stable before I try to commit to anything lol

Update: my company is now at Cult level. Unfortunately, Malakai Black got signed to bigger companies and left while still holding the CBW Championship. Since Chris Wylde was slated to challenge Black at the following show, he faced Chip Day, who beat Jarek Matthews in a playoff match earlier in the night. Wylde win the title and now takes it into 2021, where hopefully, CBW gets on TV and establishes some stability with it's core roster.

Got TV. Lost it three weeks later lol
Jarek Matthews is once again the CBW Champion, having defeated Taurus at our fifth anniversary show. Santana and Ortiz became the first-ever two-time Tag Team Champions a month earlier at Beach Brawl, defeating Steve Pain and Keith Walker to win back the titles they had to vacate when Santana got injured over a year earlier. After chasing the belts for most of 2021, they won the annual CBW Tag Team Cup over two weeks in May and June, earning the title shot. After successfully defending against Eric Ryan and Dustin Rayz, The Catalyst, at the Anniversary show, they were attacked by War Machine, who will now challenge for the gold at Fall Brawl.
Beyond the title picture, I've been trying to build new stars. Right now, Ace Hawkins, Jake Carter, Martin Stone and Cody Hall are the guys to watch on the heel side, while on the face side, Dustin Lee, Will Ferrara, and former CBW Champions Ryan Phoenix and Chris Wylde are running the show. As far as the tag division goes, I'm trying my damndest to get The Stallions (Tony Baroni and Artemis Spencer) over. The division took a bit of a hit right before the Tag Team Cup, when Aaron Solow signed with WWE and Kenny Royal went to AAA, killing the first round match of Flying Solow vs. Team Royal Frost. And Steve Pain also signed with AAA, so The House of Black is reduced to Taurus, Walker and Bull James (who was really just brought in as a stop-gap to kill time for Matthews until the Anniversary Show).
Basically, the fed is going through ups and downs. We lost money on the Tag Team Cup and Beach Brawl, but leveled off again after the Anniversary Show. Heading into Fall Brawl, I need to find a balance to maintain my cash flow, until bigger sponsors come along. I reduced my production values and eased off on advertising slightly, and also fired a number of staff workers who I really didn't need, and found cheaper replacements. I'm also hiring lower-tier workers who want less money so that I can still load up the shows without losing my ass.
Probably won't try for TV again until I build my roster some more. We have no main eventers at the moment, which presents a bit of a problem lol

I created the Nudist Deathmatch, the premiere display of naked dudes brawling and trying to set eachother on fire for the win, and TNN said "hey you can't f***ing do that on TV" (which caused the Nudist Deathmatch main event of Raven vs. Sandman to be changed to a Jello fight in a kiddy pool) so I plowed my way through to the PPV with some textbook pro wrestling Basically we aren't doing well and I think the company is worse off for hiring me. Dude why the hell did I book the Nudist Deathmatch and the Butt Naked Brawl on the same show that's terrible booking Bryan Alvarez would hate me

I came back to this thread cause I was hoping to find answers on why I signed Undertaker's ex-wife Sara to my ECW 2000 roster last time I launched TEW. I got no answers but she's going in the FBI as Lynn Gweeny.

That just reminds me of when I had a dream once that ECW somehow stayed alive into TNA's existence, and they had a Dixie Carter parody character named Dixie Normous.

Decided to go back to an old standby of mine, WWF 1995. I just completed the Raw after King of the Ring and here's what's happening in the land of (the) Titan(s):
Diesel is still World Champion, he and Shawn Michaels are feuding with Bam Bam Bigelow and Tatanka of the Million Dollar Corporation. At King of the Ring, Two Dudes With Attitude defeated the Corporation members in the semi-main event, and now, Diesel is set to defend the title against Bam Bam at July's In Your House: Vengeance.
Undertaker and Razor Ramon have been feuding for most of the year. At WrestleMania, Undertaker defeated "The Bad Guy", but Razor would then join forces with Jerry "The King" Lawler. This led to Paul Bearer finding his Undertaker a tag team partner, in the form of Doink the Clown. At In Your House: Backlash, Razor and Lawler defeated Undertaker and Doink, then at King of the Ring, Razor defeated Adam Bomb, Mabel and Undertaker en route winning the titular tournament. Now, Razor and Undertaker will meet one last time at Vengeance to settle the score.
Bret Hart spent most of the year feuding with Jim Cornette's Foreign Relations stable of Yokozuna, Hakushi and Pierre. At WrestleMania, Yokozuna defeated The Hitman, but Bret would end the feud by beating Yokozuna on an episode of Monday Night Raw. Now, Bret is feuding with the newcomer, Sid Vicious, who claims someone hired him to take out Bret. But who??!!!
Other notable happenings:
1-2-3 Kid is the Intercontinental Champion after a thrilling feud with Owen Hart. Now, Jeff Jarrett is chasing the title, having come up short in their first encounter thanks to The Roadie messing things up.
The Allied Powers of Lex Luger and British Bulldog captured the Tag Team Titles from Tatanka and Bigelow at WrestleMania and have gone on to turn back the challenges of Jeff Jarrett and The Roadie, and the Heavenly Bodies. Now, they must contend with Foreign Relations' Yokozuna and Hakushi...
Sherri Martel recently returned the WWF and has set her sights on the Women's Championship, held by Alundra Blayze.
Duke The Dumpster Droese has been a thorn in the side of the Million Dollar Corporation for months, scoring wins over the likes of Nikolai Volkoff, IRS and Bam Bam Bigelow. Now, the biggest member of the stable, King Kong Bundy, has promised to flatten Droese whenever they meet one-on-one...
Black Phantom (Vampire Warrior) has gone from jobber to Superstar, starting to pick up wins on TV. Meanwhile, an entity known as Lord Dregon (Boo Bradley) has been preaching the fall of light in a series of mysterious promos. What is his connection to Black Phantom? And what does his arrival mean for the WWF?
Other stars who have been on the rise include Bob Holly, Chris Candido, Adam Bomb, The Thrillseekers, Hunter Hearst Helmsley, The Smoking Gunns and Henry Godwinn. Al Snow is set to debut on the upcoming edition of Superstars, and other talents awaiting their debuts include Luna Vachon, Mr. Hughes, Unabomb, D'Lo Brown, Miss Texas and Waylon Mercy. And it's rumored that WCW talent Brian Pillman and Harlem Heat could soon be on their way to the WWF...

Run a few PPVs since this post, so updates: After defeating Undertaker at King of the Ring, Razor Ramon began feuding with Diesel. After failing to capture the title at SummerSlam, Razor and Lawler defeated Two Dudes With Attitude at In Your House: Razor's Edge, earning Razor another title shot at In Your House: Diesel Powered. After losing the feud with Razor, Undertaker (and Doink) began a feud with Fall of Light (Lord Dregon and Black Phantom). At SummerSlam, Fall of Light won the first match, thanks to the interference of the debuting Kane. At Razor's Edge, Undertaker defeated Kane by disqualification, then the next night, Fall of Light came into conflict with Adam Bomb, only for Crush to make the save. Crush and Bomb are now known as Nuclear Chaos going forward. At SummerSlam, Paul Heyman was revealed to be the man behind the Master and Ruler of the World, when he helped Sid defeat Bret Hart. This had a domino effect, as Owen Hart turned face to aid Bret against Sid and Heyman's other charges, The Headshrinkers. Brian Pillman has also debuted as an ally for the Hart Brothers. At Razor's Edge, Sid defeated Owen, but Bret challenged him to a match the following night, which he won. Jeff Jarrett and The Roadie finally parted ways, with The Roadie standing up for himself and becoming the noble Brian Jesse James. 1-2-3 Kid defeated Jarrett and James at SummerSlam in a Triple Threat match, but went on to lose the title to Chris Candido at Razor's Edge. Now, Kid is aligned with The Thrillseekers against Candido's Heavenly Bodies stable. At Vengeance, Foreign Relations captured the Tag Team Titles, but at SummerSlam, Jim Cornette betrayed his charges and helped the Allied Powers regain the gold. As a result, Yokozuna and Hakushi are now faces, feuding with the heel Lex Luger and British Bulldog. Bam Bam Bigelow was kicked out of the Corporation after failing to win the World Title. At SummerSlam, Tatanka defeated Bam Bam in a grudge match, thanks to the interference of Mr. Hughes, Ted DiBiase's new bodyguard. At Razor's Edge, Duke Droese lost to Tatanka and was forced to join the Corporation. Bam Bam is now on a two-pronged mission to free Droese from his new servitude, and to get revenge on The Million Dollar Man for kicking him to the curb. Sherri Martel captured the Women's Title from Alundra Blayze, while Bull Nakano turned babyface while feuding with Luna Vachon. There are big plans in place for Blayze coming up, so Nakano looks to be Martel's next challenger... Other talents looking at future pushes include Hunter Hearst Helmsley, Waylon Mercy, The Headbangers, Leilani Kai, Al Snow and the soon-to-be debuting Chris Benoit and Harlem Heat.

IC Champion Chris Candido has gone to rehab for an alcohol addiction, which throws a slight wrench in the most heavily built elimination match for the PPV. It was set to be Shanw Michaels, 1-2-3 Kid and The Thrillseekers against Candido, the Heavenly Bodies and Hunter Hearst Helmsley (because I forgot to turn Bob Holly heel ). On the plus side, however, Sunny proceeded to find religion and is now a changed woman! The Bam Bam/Tatanka whatever the f*** I'm doing angle will continue with Bam Bam, Duke The Dumpster and Tag Team Champions Yokozuna and Hakushi facing the Million Dollar Corporation's Tatanka, Mr. Hughes, IRS and King Kong Bundy. The third best built elimination match will see Bret Hart, Owen Hart, Brian Pillman and Al Snow face The Dangerous Alliance's Sid, Headshrinkers and *MYSTERY FOURTH MAN WHO IS TOTALLY CHRIS BENOIT* In yet another elimination match, Undertaker, Doink and Nuclear Chaos (the Adam Bomb/Crush team) will face The Fall of Light - Lord Dregon, Black Phantom, Kane and... I'll figure it out. Sherri Martel will defend her Women's Title against Bull Nakano. And we have one more match that totally makes sense and isn't just to get a bunch of people on the show: Brian James Armstrong, Mo and The Smoking Gunns vs. Jeff Jarrett, Mabel and The Allied Powers. (Yeah, I took about a few days off, loaded it up today and had no clue what was happening, aside from my notes in this thread lol)

I had to finish booking first (I threw Bob Holly in there, so he got to be on the show), but when I checked, turns out, the game jumped from Raw to the PPV on me, and Al broke his leg. Which is a problem on several levels. Al was supposed to win a gauntlet match at the next In Your House, which would make him the new IC Champion. So now, I don't even have that lol what to do, what to do?

ECW's savior has been chosen. I really hope ECW's savior doesn't ask for too much money.

And I have reached the end of 1995!
At In Your House: Asylum, Sid captured the World Title from Diesel, shockingly pinning Big Daddy Cool clean! On Raw the following night, The Undertaker disrupted Sid's victory party and called his shot at the title.
Jerry "The King" Lawler won a 20-man battle royal, by hiding outside the ring for most of the match, to capture the vacant Intercontinental Title.
Tatanka and Mr. Hughes utilized a pair of brass knucks to defeat Yokozuna and Hakushi to capture the Tag Team Titles.
The Undertaker defeated Lord Dregon (Balls Mahoney) to finally end his feud with the Fall of Light.
Bret Hart defeated Chris Benoit in a spectacular match, but when he offered a post-match handshake, Benoit refused.
On Raw the following night, Hunter Hearst Helmsley defeated Shawn Michaels after errant interference by Michaels' girlfriend, Alundra Blayze. Also, 1-2-3 Kid and Razor Ramon had a confrontation, which led to a match between the two being announced for the New Year's Day edition of Monday Night Raw!
Dave Meltzer released the list of the top 100 workers of 1995. WWF earned 9 of the top 10 spots, with HBK and Bret taking the top two spots, then WCW's Sting in third. Rounding out the top 10 were Chris Benoit, Shane Douglas, Owen Hart, Lance Storm, Chris Jericho, developmental talent John Kronus and the still-in-rehab Chris Candido.
...WWF World Champion Sid has announced his plans to retire at the end of January. Shit.

It is with great pain in my heart I report that Mike Ehrmantraut wants over $4000 per appearance, a guaranteed midcard title run, and a cut of merch sales. Why did I give him show accurate stats this dude literally sussed out what all my other guys were making and said f*** you I want more.
