Dog Fish Head 120 Minute IPA, Guinness, or Yazoo's Hefeweizen.
If I just need a super cheap beer quick, I go with Miller High Life.

PBR because- Okay, not really. I do not actually like beer, since I have had a few sips of turpentine/earwax and was put off entirely, preferring to stick to Root Beer. That said, the worst drink I have ever had was not beer. It'd be Gin and Tonic. I concede that there is probably a beer for everyone, given that there are so many varieties, but it's hard to make myself try again, especially since I am loathe to buy something I have no way of knowing if I will utterly hate. Gin is the WORST. I like beer, but only in the woods. So... after a long trail run, or while camping, that sort of thing. I don't drink beer at cookouts, or on my couch, or at parties. Those are wine occasions. Anyway, I would typically choose Yeungling (for nostalgia) or Blue Moon. I love Lindemans Framboise, but that probably barely qualifies.

Andrew, I drank me some red dog once upon a time. Cheap and dark. I loved it. I love dark or amber beer

Locally, Victory Brewing in my hometown of Downingtown, PA. Especially, their seasonal Dark Lager, Festbier, and Headwaters IPA. Nationally, Yuengling and Sam Adams.

My brother in law went to Vermont to get this for me for Christmas, got stranded in a snowstorm and had to spend almost 2 days in a hotel. Worth it, its the holy trinity of IPAs with the Pliny Boys

I really prefer stronger beers, and I'll be sure to do some researching of my own on some of the recommendations made in here. As for my favorite:
