Because damn it, this site spun out of WrestleCrap. Plus sometimes people just want to suffer.
So, in this thread, name the worst PPVs the Network has to offer. Admittedly part of this comes from a moronic, masochistic idea I had - I want to watch the worst of the worst of PPV, at least one awful show a day, from now until Mania, so that no matter what my opinion of the show is that it's at least better than the garbage I've been watching.
I'll go ahead and throw out the show I am mercifully almost done with, Bash at the Beach 2000. Just reached the Russo part, but I'm sure as stupid as this show's about to get I can still manage it. That Graveyard Match though almost broke me.

It's the obvious answer but December to Dismember 2006 is one of the worst pay per views ever. The only good match was a tag match between Raw and Smackdown guys.

New Blood Rising 2000: Buff Bagwell's mum on a forklift. Miss Hancock having a fake miscarriage. A triple threat match where Goldberg "refuses to job" and leaves the ring, before Russo comes out and yells at him. Goldberg screams "f*** YOU" and leaves, while the announcers talk about Goldberg being unprofessional. They also wonder aloud how they're going to "improvise" their finish. Swear to god this happened.
Uncensored 2000: Brian Knobs beating 3 Count in a hardcore match. A falls count anywhere match where you can't see the finish because of the bad lighting. Hulk Hogan beats up 3 men single handed and helps Sid win. Sid was WCW Champion at the time and so this made him look awful in favour of Hogan.
King of the Ring 1995: Mabel wins the tournament. HBK is eliminated in the first round. The main event is a pointless tag match that's bad. ECW chants during the KOTR final.
Starrcade 1999: 13 matches in a 3 hour show, one of which is a Powerbomb match between Nash and Sid. The finish doesn't actually involve a Powerbomb, Nash just tells the ref he did the move and the ref believes him. Oh and they reenact Montreal with Bret in the main event.
Uncensored 1995: Meng and Jim Duggan in a MARTIAL ARTS MATCH. Johnny B.Badd v. Arn Anderson in a "Boxer versus Wrestler match". Randy Savage and Avalanche ends in a DQ after Ric Flair interferes while dressed in drag. This despite the fact the match was billed as no-DQ. There was also of course the famous King of the Road match where Dustin Rhodes and Blacktop Bully both bladed and were fired. They couldn't show the blood either so the match is borderline unwatchable.
I could write some more if people are interested, I love horrible wrestling. One of the funniest things I've ever seen to this day is Sting vs Rick Steiner, where Sting is attacked by dogs at the finish and they imply he's been eaten. Oh how I laughed.

Not defending the PPV in this case, but the Nitro afterward we were treated to Sid chokeslamming Hogan for trying to steal the spotlight.

Is the WCW ppv that ended as the main event started on the network?
If so has WWE added the footage to it?

Now hear me out on this one...
Plenty of people are certainly going to mention WCW's Capital Carnage with Sting & Robocop teaming up, and they're right to do so, but it's for far more than just the spectacle of the Robocop/Sting interactions.
If you watch the entire show, the entire broadcast team, including Jim Ross and Gordon Solie, have to play the entire event as straight as possible. This outright goofiness is completely different than anything NWA/WCW had remotely offered up to that point, so having to hear the commentators who are so used to calling the action as a straight sport need to refer to everything that's going on (especially Robocop keeping the Little Stingers in his heart) over the course of the night as if it's actual sports business is nothing short of incredible and hilarious.
So I'd say, turn the audio up and watch it all the way through. You also get Horsemen promos where they're all in tuxedos, including Sid Vicious who doesn't get to say anything and just look like the kid who doesn't want to be at school on dress-up picture day.

I will say, one bit of legitimate entertainment from this event is how it's one of Bobby Heenan's finest nights in WCW. As awful as the action is, Heenan is ridiculously on point through out the evening, so if you're a Heenan fan, it's worth watching top-to-bottom. Same goes for WCW Hog Wild '96.

SummerSlam '94 was fairly bad. Had a damn good match for the Women's Championship but that, and the Leslie Nielsen skits, are the show's sole redeeming features.

For bad WCW PPVs, try Bash at the Beach 95. I would also like to reccomend for crappy PPVs, Great American Bash 2005, 2006, 1991, and also Superbrawl Revenge from 2001.

Slow, boring and overhyped as anything as they spend about half the match literally hanging from the cage itself. Just mind-numbingly bad.

Heenan is drunk off his ass on Hog Wild. Seriously, it's nuts that he was on the air like that. He's just hammered and slurring his words by about midway through the show. Is the WCW ppv that ended as the main event started on the network? If so has WWE added the footage to it? Yeah, Halloween Havoc 1998. The show actually cut out during Hogan/Warrior (not right as the main event started as WWE claims), and it didn't happen everywhere. I think about 1/4 of the audience was affected. Fortunately, WWE put up the full 200-minute version of the show and not WCW's home video release that cuts out 3 matches.

I didn't think the one they were talking about was Hogan/Warrior... But if it was maybe it was better that it cut out early Also yeah Hog Wild 96 was a great Heenan night. Also there are some matches that the bikers gave no shits about. Like Malenko vs. Benoit... yet they still did like 3 overtime spots that were openly booed.

Wrestlemania IX is pretty well known for being bad. Goofy Roman theme, Undertaker defeating Giant Gonzales by freaking DQ, Bret getting beat in the main event and Hogan winning the title immediately after.

Superbral 91, for a variety of reasons:
- The run-in at the end of the Freebirds/Young Pistols match. - Missy Hyatt attempting to get an interview in the men's dressing room. - The debut of Johnny B. Badd. - Big Josh and his "dancing bears." I'm far from an animal rights activist, but that made me legit uncomfortable. - Oz... With a full entrance. - Stan Hansen, who was full-on Yosemite Sam at this point. - Sid vs. El Gigante... In a stretcher match. - Teddy Long in a cage.
