I hope Taker has a match next year, just so he doesn't go out losing
I've also heard Brock ended up calling the match because of the concussion. Do you think the reason most of his offense consisted of body shots was trying to protect Taker

Well, looks like we know the headliner for the Hall Of Fame next year. Here's an ominous quote from Undertaker's biography page on wwe.com: Reaper of justice ? Undertaker is going to unite The Wyatts and The Shield!

Next year's headliner seems certain to be Rock and/or Sting. Wait for 32. Wait to go home to Texas where it all started. Out of curiosity, would anyone object to Taker being a solo induction? I mean him being the entire class, no one else?

Not to mention HULK HOGAN didn't get a solo induction and he would be just as (if not more) worthy of one.

I found funny that I read yesterday on an spanish news site that Lesnar changed the script.
I want so badly to see the return of "goldberg-this is a shoot" in modern wrestling

I would actually like to see them do solo inductions on occasion. Help extend the number of inductees and give certain characters and people who have careers that by sheer longevity need that time to focus on them. Hogan did deserve this honor, hell Vince should get it at well. Also, as mattperiolat said, hold off one more year and do it in Dallas. Next Mania have some retirement gimmick for him and announce at 31 he'll enter the Hall at 32.

I remember thinking not just "Taker is too old and slow to go," but "Brock is handling him like glass."

It's genius really; why else would they make this shirt that nobody would buy if Lesnar wasn't going over? It's going to become a collector's item variant now because he actually DID break the streak. All the potential money just might counter all the butthurt people who stop watching because of 21-1. I know that MINE is being shipped to me as I type this. I encourage you all to buy one as well so that we're not perceived as wannabes anymore.

Now I imagine if 'Taker won on Sunday these being shipped to small impoverished villiages in Africa much like what happens to the "Super Bowl Champions" t-shirts of the losing team.

Brock's historic victory made it into the new issue of Sports Illustrated. The Leading Off section has a photo gallery of sports stars who have stepped into the ring at WrestleMania.

I find it extremely hard to believe that ending the streak was at Vince's direction. I just don't think it would have ended unless Undertaker wanted it to end.

Remember those 'emergency meetings' the writing team were supposed to have had after the Royal Rumble? I can just imagine everyone flat out after non-stop work for a couple of days. Everyone's tired, but satisfied that they finally came up with a plan that showcases Daniel Bryan, makes up for the lack of CM Punk, keeps Batista and Triple H happy and doesn't make Orton look bad. Everyone's ready to go home. Then Taker just pops his head in the door "yeah, I'm losing the Streak. You can't change my mind this time. See ya!"
Everyone just starts screaming.

I didn't see any of the build, just read about it on here. But, yep, seemed lame as most of the builds for Taker matches in recent years; i.e. just thrown together shortly before Mania. Anyway, the match just sucked. The way it started with the rush right into the worked punches was disappointing. I'd expected more realism with these two, with Lesnar pulling that off in the Cena match for example and Taker being such a fan of MMA. Then we go right into the big forehead punches as soon as the bell rings. What was it, like 5-10 minutes of disjointed punch-kick BS with a little bit of Lesnar working Taker's leg, to start the match? Poorly planned, compared to what I feel these two could have done. Well, to be fair, most people seem to think Taker was concussed, and he's also old as shit. I hope this is Taker being done. He doesn't need to give us any more, and this Mania was a changing of the guard.

I'm not sure if it has been mentioned here, but some friends and I were talking yesterday about this and one of them mentioned Steve Austin-I believe on his podcast-talking about watching the match from the production truck and how Kevin Dunn was directing all the cameras to catch all the shocked faces, so I'd think he was in the know-they certainly got a lot of shocked faces really fast, and unless they made up two graphics, they slapped the 21-1 up pretty quick too
