Guys. Just accept it. Roman Reigns is your new favorite WWE superstar. You can fight the temptation, but Roman and his sexy dandruff-free hair will eventually get entangled to your heart.

It's not really fair to rip on someone for being analytical on a message board.
WWE's shows their hand with the little things, we do this all the time. It's not personal on Roman Reigns, it's discussing a situation and a choice by WWE.

And the sky is blue. Not everyone is going to have their fave be the guy. Seriously, do we need our faves to be the guy to validate why we like them so much? As long as your fave is still putting out great matches, why not be happy with that? My favorite has been injured since last may. My other favorite is being booked like a dumbass and loses matches cleanly to heels or because of his stupidity and hasn't won a important match since June. My other favorite gets yo-yo booking and doesn't have the company's full support and was fired in kayfabe on TV 40 minutes ago and had his big moment mean nothing. My other favorite returned to his normal self screaming Feed Me More again and it seems WWE isn't going capitalize on it and he too was fired in kaybe 40 minutes ago. My other favorite quit on this company a year ago for it's inept problems. My other favorite had this weird match with Eric Rowan earlier. My other favorite barely shows up on TV and is the god damn World Champion. My other favorite is in a stupid gospel faction with Kofi and Xavier. My other favorite had his push squandered with crappy booking after BODY SLAMMING THE BIG SHOW OVER THE TOP ROPES at WrestleMania 30. And then there is Seth Rollins who is fine where he is. That dude deserves the stuff he's getting but his booking can be much better. Clearly I have many favorites and as a person that spends money on this company I would love great booking and everyone getting the backing of the machine as they say. All I ask for is good written TV where everyone shines some way. OK, but are you appreciating that all your faves are getting TV time outside the injured ones or do you feel like you are rightfully are owned that so and so get this because X reasons?

Do you really think that this company will ever push any of those guys in a competent way? Imagine if those favorite wrestlers were all food items and everytime they f*** up your order, what do you do? Complain to the manager, right? What if they don't care what you want? Do you still keep coming in and ordering something that they keep f***ing up? I wouldn't. WWE is my escape from life every monday and on ppv sunday and it sucks how bad it is being. We either try to do something to change it (like voting with your dollar, twitter petition?) or we just walk away.

Roman Reigns ate a tuna fish sandwich with a pickle for lunch today. Someone should make a thread about that.

But this company is basically telling me my money isn't as important as say little Johnny's parents money which he has to beg for while we work our ass off for to spend on this terribly booked thing that's supposed be a television show somehow.

I get that you started the thread as a joke but felt like people are really salty on Reigns for everything. One thing is to criticize fiction another is to just be absorbed in the hate for a company's direction on a character. It feels more like hate/nitpicking rather than criticizing it. I am just assuming based on Lila 's response.

People criticize fiction all the time. I don't know why some people don't get that wrestling can fall under the same scrutiny as everything else. No one said it couldn't be. What I'm getting at is that is seems more and more that people aren't happy that their faves are being featured in the first place and that because they are you fave that they MUST be this or have their career go this way because wah, he/she is my favorite. I'll use Ziggler as an example. I love the guy to death and hope he finally makes, but I'm more than happy that they guys still goes out there and puts on great matches with whomever and is able to work any storyline thrown at him. Was it at least "dolphin safe" tuna? Daniel Bryan would have totally made sure that it was "dolphin safe." Ambrose would have somehow gotten tangled up in the tuna net.

The titles aren't that important until the booking justifies the person winning one. I'm salty about WWE's problem of writing three hour TV every week that doesn't suck. The Reigns thing is their fault they aren't booking to his strengths. I feel as if Vince wants to sabotage HHH's little projects and one of them being Reigns.

As for Vince and HHH, I think they're trying to find this happy medium between appealing to the masses and the IWC.

In fact Reigns was their chosen one since the beginning. We all knew that Ambrose and Rollins will be okay after the Shield but were low on Reigns. But then they booked him to his strengths and people were on board. But now "he is too much." i don't really get it, he seems like the same guy from this time last year. The only real difference is his shitty lines.

I don't dislike Reigns.
I dislike being bored while watching predictable TV.
I hope one doesn't change the other.
