Everything about this dumpster fire of a show was awful. Don't downplay this halfassed manipulative bullshit. It f***ing sucked and we all wasted 8 hours on it. You can take the me out of your we. My mind wasn't blown but I enjoyed the series. Did you see Fargo?

Gang, there's soooooooo much better television/art/activities/hobbies/relationships/food/games/pets/exercises/puns/transportation systems out there than this shitty season.

Fine, we get it, you didn't enjoy it. That doesn't mean everyone has to feel the same.

Still my favorite Disney song of all time. Let It Go and Hellfire are tied for second.

Geez Chaz stop bringing the topic down man. And I enjoyed the season too. I don't need someone dictating what I should like

Honestly, having recently binge watched The Wire and True Detective season 1, this season had a lot to live up to. I'll echo what many have said - it wasn't great, but still leagues better than most cop shows on TV.

I'll just interrupt this meltdown to note I should really watch more of season one, had it on my DVR for ages. Not been amazed but have found it pretty good, only a few episodes in.

To bring more unity to this thread I'll just say that yes, Craig Robinson's new sitcom is terrible. Another instance where NBC did not learn from the Michael Richards show and Joey that characters like those are good in small doses and in small doses only.

*thumbs up*
Fortunately, I've accumulated quite a block list over the summer so that I don't have to witness some comments.
Season 2 is miles above crime fiction mini-series and shows that have preceded it. Put me down as a "thanks, HBO" for giving me something complex as eff in midst of "lowest common denominator" appeals still running rampant on network TV.

This season was a really fine piece of film noir...it had all the elements
Flawed heroes surrounded by corruption, bad guys "win", not all heroes make it out, slow burn most of which is misdirection...and of course it's all centered on LA real estate. The last two episodes were far better than anything else on at the moment.
Also, anyone watching The Jim Gaffigan Show? For a TV Land show, it's pretty quality.
