So if Vince has rehired Hogan, but he comes to YOU to decide how he's used in the company. He needs to remain employed in some capacity in order to continue the usage of his likeness.
What would you do with him?
I'd get the WWE to use him in storylines.
Have him have to choose between wrestlers or coloured balls and everytime he ends up with a white one, even when he's genuinely trying to pick a different one. He could say "guys I've changed honest" and no one believes him.
Have him paint one of the balls black and when it's discovered others can say "blackfacing the ball are we Hogan?" Drive him insane trying to prove he's changed. Have him fired from the WWE.
Then finally Big E finds him outside crying and takes pity on him, telling him he can work for him, helping him carry his bags. Hogan accepts, and works his way up the chain again, and at the end, says he brought this on himself unlike Black people who did nothing except being born.
How about you? Make him a cleaner? Put him on commentary?

I'd start off Raw with all the black officials and WWE personnel surrounding the ring and inside of the ring would be all the black superstars. New Day's in the middle and Big E says that Raw isn't starting until Hogan comes out so out comes Hogan and he steps inside of the ring. New Day gives a speech and then gives Hogan the mic and Hogan cuts an apology equipped with tears and in that apology he doesn't mention shit about cameras, he just says what needs to be said. After he's done he looks at the camera as he cries and apologies to all the black fans and says what he said should never be said. All the black stars either nod their head or don't nod their head, doesn't matter. The black WWE workers then leave the ring as they wait by the ramp for Hogan and he follows them to the back. Commentary is completely silent for this.
Hogan is then never seen on WWE programming ever again.
That's what I'd do.

Just put him in the video game and use him for documentary stuff and that's it. This man adds nothing as a television presence.

I wouldn't. But assuming I absolutely HAVE to use him? Like through crazy circumstances, terrorists have kidnapped my family and insist if I don't book an angle for Hulk Hogan they'll shoot them? Alright, I'll take the challenge.
New Day are in the ring, they're getting beat on by some heels, Hogan's music hits, he comes out to help New Day clean house, except they refuse to celebrate with him, eye him up, and as one leave the ring. Hogan looks confused and sad, before eventually leaving. We get a segment with New Day where they heavily allude to the Hogan footage and why they weren't willing to be chummy with him, only for Hogan to come up and be apologetic. They're not convinced they're buying it. Hogan later, unwanted & unsolicited, interrupts a New Day in-ring promo, after Kofi's won a singles match, to offer advice, talking about how Kofi's been here for a long time but never one the big one brother and maybe Hogan can help him out he knows its not his fault jack. Kofi remains distant, while Hogan is very much coming off as a trying-too-hard uncle/grandpa, until Kofi flat out says he doesn't want Hogan's help, Hogan off mic looks as if he's about to say something he shouldn't, and Kofi hits a Trouble in Paradise(assuming Hogan can at least take a kick and fall over.) The next week, New Day cut a fiery promo laying 100% bare into Hogan, no holds barred or punches pulled. Hogan cuts an apologetic promo, that knowing him, comes off as horribly insincere, and we have a match, Kofi vs Hogan, with EVERYONE presenting Kofi as the face. Bell rings, Kofi hits the Trouble in Paradise straight away, Hogan goes down, Hulks up, second Trouble in Paradise, 1, 2, 3 Kofi beats Hogan clean as a sheet in 30 seconds, New Day celebrate while commentary heavily put them over as the faces. Hogan is carted out, beaten, for what ideally is his last appearance.

Hogan comes out, says awful, racist things.
Then a second identical Hogan comes out, pointing at the first one and eventually clotheslining him out of ring.
"THAT WASN'T ME, DUDE!" Imposter, plastic surgery, left on an island to die in 2010, survived on the sheer power of Hulkamania and swam across the ocean, etc.

I'd had him beat Brock clean for the Universal title, then keep the Roman win tease and every time it happens, the Hulk would beat him down. This, somehow, would put Roman over.
...What? WWE would do this in a heartbeat.
