For me that would be Kraven the Hunter. I have lost count of the number of times I have binge read Spiderman only to lose interest when this boring dude shows up. He is such a buzz kill.

Deadpool.
When Black Mask was getting a push to be a top villain for Batman in the mid-2000s he had go away heat with me.

I'm a giant fan of Kraven's Last Hunt but that is the pinnacle of the character and most of the time it's a tired retread of that story.

The Legion of Superheroes. I just don't understand why they were so popular and why people still clamour for them today.
I also think DC needlessly complicated their continuity, in spite of all the Crises events over the years. Just have the team be inspired by Superman, not Superboy, instead of all the pocket dimension/reboot nonsense that the company has come up with over the past 30 years.

I don't enjoy Dr. Doom that much.

I'll never understand why anyone anywhere cares about Hal Jordan. He's the beginning of the modern idea of Green Lantern, certainly, but he's also the most boring and one-note of the lot.
Pretty much same thing for Barry Allen. It's telling that adaptations constantly try to just turn him into Wally.

Dr. Doom Oh look, another dime a dozen megalomaniac, but this one wears a mask My tolerance for Doom depends a lot on how he's used. Personally I have zero use for when people try to paint him as a misunderstood good guy or overtly sympathetic, but he also tends to be pushing it when they go really heavy on making him as evil as possible. Personally I think the character works best when he has clear limits on what he will do and has something of a code of honor, but is also still a total bastard who only really cares about himself. This is also pretty much how I feel about Sinestro, just without being as self-aware about it.

Kitty Pryde. She's the Dawn Summers of comics, but with powers.
Harper Row and her brother. I stopped reading Tom King's Batman because of them. Dreadful fan fiction characters.

I don't know if it is the character himself or how much they ended up changing Talia when they introduced him, but I don't care for Damien Wayne. They just give Batman a son who is a physco and take away anything redeeming about Talia in the process.

Norman Osborn Lionheart Gog/Magog Azazel Kang Blue Beetle, but really just because he replaced Ted Kord. Harley Quinn, but only the modern Deadpoolization of her. Doomsday. Anything past his first appearance is just groanworthy for me.

Apocalypse, Thanos, Darkseid, Kang the Conqueror, Mr. Sinister. Movie versions are fine, but for whatever reason the comic books always feature them in maddeningly convuluted tripe that I kinda have to power through to get from story A to story C without being lost.

I agree with Hal so much, all the other modern lanterns have something else to them but he is just generic hero. I think one of the biggest mistakes of the Lantern movie was using him.

I never really thought about it but that's a damn good answer. The character's roots aren't bad by any means, but he's been coasting off of one kill for nearly 50 years now and has been the starting point of a LOT of horrible shit for decades now.

They just give Batman a son who is a physco and take away anything redeeming about Talia in the process. The animated trilogy of SON OF BATMAN, BATMAN VS. ROBIN, and BATMAN: BAD BLOOD prominently features Damien, and he is always an annoying little shit. Psycho, know-it-all, "badass fighter" who can take down people who have been at it a lot longer than he has and weigh more than 65 pounds. He's insufferable.
