Disappointed. He knows how he'll be treated. He will likely not be used to his potential. Or even much at all. And he still re-signed. I was looking forward to Biff in other companies. Now he's stuck in the same purgatory he just tried to escape from. No sympy. He mighr be NXT only but still. If you are resigning you know the deal, you are valuing your money more than knowing how they will treat you

I was hoping he would get a release in time for his no compete to run out before Bloodsport, to be honest.

Well, hopefully they made it worth his while.
I really have little faith WWE will make major changes in how much they use him. They could lose a sixth of their crew, and still have tons of guys and girls never making TV.

In fact, there's a case to be made that he and Burch were possibly going to be NXT's top babyface team after the Street Profits went over to RAW. That's a void that's still unfilled at this time, depending on what they do with Lee and Dijakovic. Who knows, really. I'm surprised there's a possibility that there's been a dispute, they've talked it out and things have been resolved. That does actually happen in the real world sometimes.

Huh, OK... Did they meet his demands of a shiny new park bench out the front of the Performance Center or something? My guess is, less restrictions on what he can do with his body. Fair on him. I'm sure he's making more money than he thought he ever would. Chalk it up to being in the right place, at the right time.

Bit strange he's still Biff Busick on twitter in that case. I guess one big question is if he wanted his release over the rumoured "no big pay bump for NXT like promised" issue, and if he did all this to hardball some main roster money knowing he's not going to get called up any time in the soon places.

Yeah,if you check on who's had the most appearances on NXT TV this year, up until this whole business him and Burch were in the mid-to-high range on the rankings of appearances. ....I know this as I've been keeping track for a Sporcle quiz at the end of the year 😅

Am I the only one who reads both Oney and Lana’s new contract tweets as if they’re completely taking the piss and are being totally insincere?

Biff Busick is a way better name than Oney Lorcan. For that reason alone, I wish he'd leave.

I'd like to think that, but people could have said the same thing about the Revival, and look how that turned out. I'm quickly losing patience with people who say they're ready to leave the WWE, and then just re-sign new contracts that will keep them locked there where they're still not going to be used well. Just f***ing walk away. It's a great big world. It's not worth it.

So, the people who have openly complained online have:
Gotten several tag title reigns Gotten a brand new contract Gotten the release they want
And higher ups had the nerve to say “that’s not the right way to do business.”
You need more people, we don’t believe you

He sure seemed to complain at a point when Maria was almost certainly going to go on maternity leave, anyway, and the angle had already morphed into Lana and Rusev's, so I remain skeptical.

This is like when Mark Henry said he went into Vince's office with the intention of retiring and walked out with a new contract.
