Marty Jannetty's return from the famous barber shop incident and short I-C title reign. Hey, I never forgot!

Rikishi's cage splash onto Val Venis should be one of those moments that is replayed semi-regularly over the last two decades. Should have been in a show opening after it happened.
Instead it's forgotten.

i forget the match or even who he was facing but the year after HBK got this huge "fighting spirit" ovation after he lost to (i think taker) at possibly wrestlemania the following year they tried the same thign with HHH after he lost to whoever. and i remember HHH struggling to get back to his feet after the match waiting and waiting for the ovation and the crowd went mild.

I mean, the Rikishi splash is a moment that should be big and memorable, but through no fault of Rikishi, the WWE just refused to every promote again after that night. Jawdropping moment in a genuinely ace match. Really good show, actually.

I still think Braun lifting the ring and tossing it over would've been a crazy visual. If they could find a way to do it. It’d have to have been something done as a pre-tape because the thing is just too big in terms of the dimensions of it, not so much the weight, that it would be next to impossible to do live. It’s not like a car or an ambulance that can give you a bit of momentum by virtue of the wheels “bouncing”. And the idea of him tipping it over onto its top would require you to evacuate the entire floor almost, because it’s not gonna land in the same 20x20 area as it starts, it’d land in the first ten rows and/or the commentary tables. Best he could do is lift a corner of it and kinda tip people out via the opposite corner. A highlight that popped up in the past week was The Giant in WCW pulling up one of the ring posts, shaking the entire ring. (It came up again because of Scott Hall comically overselling the unsteadiness of the ring) Maybe that could've worked.

How about Vince, Easy E, and Paul Heymann all sharing the ring?

How about Vince, Easy E, and Paul Heymann all sharing the ring? That reminds me of another one, Goldberg and Austin crossing paths for the first time. Even if they weren't able to do an actual match due to Austin's neck that first interaction between them after 5 years of hype should have been a huge moment. In the end though it was just a forgettable segment on Raw with Goldberg asking GM Austin for a match with Christian followed by a beer bash.

Yokozuna destroying Hacksaw Jim Duggan with 4 bonzi drops whilst he was draped in the japanese flag. Hacksaw was the first guy to knock Yoko off his feet, then he was wacked with the salt bucket and battered. Hacksaw's wife was on tv the next week saying he was coughing up blood and had broken ribs.

HBK coming out of retirement for one match. I suspect in this case it's partly because so many never saw the blood money show and those that did want to forget that match because it was so brutally awful.
It's a fair point though.

Cena proposing to Nikki Bella after their mixed tag match at WM 33. The only thing I remember from that angle is Maryse being a better looking Nikki Bella than Nikki Bella. Besides that, the big memorable thing about that feud is how uncomfortable Miz and Maryse's promos about Cena and Bella are now. I mean, the remarks about how John will not marry Nikki and will never have kids with her? Ooh, boy.

I definitely remember that. Duggan often got a feud with the bad guy that got Hogan next.
