It's certainly paid off for Finn, given he's still a total geek. /sarcasm
Seriously, at this point, he really should consider looking at other companies.

Ripley being back helps the group dynamic so much. It’d felt really off it just being Balor and Priest as a tag team for a month while Ripley healed up just after her big heel turn.
They also got to benefit from a pretty decent backstage ambush, one that wasn’t riddled with the usual weird Vince stuff that would normally make it feel old hat. I loved that they were all talking mess during it, and it didn’t sound artificial. They might be able to get something out of this yet.

Rhea being gleefully evil in that backstage attack segment was nice, I must say. She’s got a fantastic asshole evil laugh.

I think Finn and Damian are a surprisingly good team. If WWE is getting serious about tag team wrestling again, Judgment Day, Mysterios, AJ/Dolph, Alphas and a few other teams could make a fun division.
I think Finn looked geeky the first week of this whole thing but he's starting to settle in.

Rhea is the only reason to give a shit about the Judgment Day!

The group has helped Rhea but I think it's a big downgrade for Finn. I think there is a ton of other good workers on the roster who could've fit in with this feel turn. Even someone like Ali would work better.

Judgement Day needs Bray Wyatt.

Rhea is the only reason to give a shit about the Judgment Day! 100% this, she is the star of the stable,Finn and Damien just don't have a lot to offer at this point and at their ages it's best to use them to put others over rather then anything else, the time to have pushed either guy to the moon has passed.

Balor probably has a lot to gain with HHH in charge of Creative.
It's a bit of a shame it happened right after he turned heel since the crowd basically have been begging for a reason to get behind him forever...

The group has helped Rhea but I think it's a big downgrade for Finn. I think there is a ton of other good workers on the roster who could've fit in with this feel turn. Even someone like Ali would work better. It's a shame because Finn was hugely over as a babyface, and his heel work historically has been almost comedic. He's not exactly a chickenshit heel, he's not exactly a dangerous heel a la Jake Roberts, and he's not a "you people" promo type at all. In Japan and in the indies, when he's done heel work, it's been invariably as a clownish type who did, however, rely on dirty tricks, humiliation and the odd beatdown by Fale and friends to get an edge. Thanks to Vince's favouritism towards heels, turning on a heel does not make one automatically a bigger heel (after all, Edge did treat Rhea and Damian as his personal army), but neither does turning on a nominally-babyface team whose booking has been on Finn's level for a few months. I think Vince intended to bury all of them by putting them under Edge, then taking Edge away and having Finn join them. Edge is thus freed up to return and get in a Sting-like revenge schmozz at Summerslam, and then go off to do something else entirely. Trips has rather more faith in all of them and may feel a particular desire to get Finn back into a main-event angle; at the very least, he could push the three of them into a Shield 2.0 or similar set of cool heels that may, over time, be turned babyface again. I think how Judgment Day recovers from their booking under Vince will be the biggest first test of HHH's full control over creative. He could garner a lot of trust among fans if he can manage to get them back into a upswing. If he can't, or if the booking does not allow them to shine as brightly as expectations might be, he might as well just cut them all and invite them back in a year, hopefully by then clean of the taint of what Vince has done to them.

If he can't, or if the booking does not allow them to shine as brightly as expectations might be, he might as well just cut them all and invite them back in a year, hopefully by then clean of the taint of what Vince has done to them. It will be a big test for him I feel because honestly they are kind of a tough group to book with who is in the group and the varying potentials of the members of the group. Of the three Rhea has the highest ceiling mainly for the fact that she's still very young as apposed to Balor and Priest who are both around 40. Therefore she should probably be pushed as the star of it. However the no man on woman violence leads to a lot of booking problems for this group I feel. Balor and Priest being minions for Rhea can't really work because they aren't going to be able interfere and strike any of her female rivals. And on the flip side of that Rhea interfering in Balor and Priest's matches and attacking their opponents doesn't work either because it will make the faces look like crap since they can't hit her back. Case in point last night when she was dragging Dominik Mysterio around by his hair while he had to sell being helpless to stop her which made him look like a total wuss. That's another reason why I feel Edge getting taken out of the group really hurt them. Not only does it hurt their booking as far as being protected more (like it or not they think a lot more higher of Edge then Balor) but it gave them a male main eventer as their centerpiece which would make things run more smoothly as Priest and potentially Balor would be able to act more effectively as minions. You could have Edge as the leader and the main guy in the group going after the World Title with Priest and Balor running interference for him while also doubling as a tag team with Rhea then off doing her own thing the women's division. Basically I think they need to add a male singles wrestler who they are very high for this to work. If not I don't see it lasting much longer as the current set up of the group just leads to too many booking pitfalls that they won't be able to around effeciently.
