Let me explain:
I just saw a video of Yokozuna's debut and Mr. Fuji was still wearing his classic tuxedo. No idea how long that lasted, but I'm sure it was brief.
There was a rare pic I saws once where One Man Gang had a full head of hair, I believe it was a house show right before he debuted as Akeem on television, OR I'm wanting to say I heard he didn't have his Akeem garb ready, or it was lost in travel-not really sure-I believe he once posted it on his Facebook page.
There's also that video of Road Warrior Animal and Crush teaming up after Hawk left and I did see a promo once with them and Paul Ellering
What are some other rare or brief instances you've witnessed in wrestling? Pics welcome of course

Yokozuna’s first TV match airs on October 31, 1992. By the time of Survivor Series on November 25, Mr. Fuji is already in a kimono. |

There was a small window where Mr Hughes was Triple H's bodyguard pre Chyna. He also served a similar brief role with Jericho a few years later.
I also remember Droz becoming the second member of LOD between Hawk's titantron fall and Droz being exposed as the pusher. Most notably him and Animal teaming together at Capital Carnage.

The original Master Blasters were Iron and Steel (Kevin Nash). Iron left the business after their debut match, and was replaced with Blade (Al Green).

Early Macho King wore short purple tights briefly before transitioning to the long Trapper Keeper tights and eventually the jackets and cowboy hats.  |

It was more than half a year. He came back from injury in June 2003 and had the short blonde hair. Blonde is his natural color. |

Probably longer then I remember.
But that brief period when Scott Steiner cut his mullet off and started to grow out facial hair, before dying the hair blonde.
