"I don't know shit crybaby!"
Commentary talks up how evil Sid is while he fist bumps the crowd.
Walking wrestling meme Sycho Sid Justice/Vicious has always been a huge favourite of mine. Even as a fan of the work rate guys and gals, Sid had sheer presence and the charisma of a super nova.
What are your favourite Sid moments?
Mine is how he keeps in character during the entire Shockmaster reveal thus making it all even funnier.
Truly wrestling would be less fun without the big guy. He should be in the hof.

Sid was great. I've been recently watching his early 90s wcw run and seeing him destroy jobbers is highly entertaining.
The masters of the powerbomb with Vader was cool as hell too.

Dude had a such a weird charisma. He wasn’t very good in the ring but he had a presence that couldn’t be denied. Watching him, who is supposed to be the heel, fist bumping everyone in MSG like a conquering hero is epic lol Sycho theme is one of the GOATs, too

Maybe my first wrestling memories are of the Goldberg/Sid feud. As a kid I didn't have the internet yet or realize WCW was in dark/dying days. I was convinced their match at Halloween Havoc was going to be the biggest thing ever.

There's nobody who had more raw charisma than Sid, even if he lacked some of the other tools to be the full package. He was a top 5 for me while growing up and remains one of the most entertaining guys to go back and watch.
Favorite memory of Sid was from '92 where he became the first babyface to eclipse Hogan's popularity, and then went on to become imo the scariest WM opponent Hogan had faced to that point.

One of my all-time favorites. Sid had the charisma that most mortals only dream of and his promos were must watch…for one reason or another.
As I’m rewatching these Wrestlemania’s, I’m thoroughly enjoying getting to enjoy Sid. A true monster. The master and ruler of the world!

He wasn't *great*, but he could have a good match with the right opponent, and that can't be said for a lot of guys of his ilk. But as has been said elsewhere, the guy just had this insane charisma that a lot of guys would sell their soul for and looked like he could just f***ing kill you.

Watching Mania 8 actually inspired this. That camera rushing down the aisle to find Hogan, then Sid and Hogan start fighting in the ring before Real American even stops. Just a great Mania moment and it got me thinking about how many genuinely great wrestling moments Sid was part of.

He's the quintessential example of somebody who had "it". That unquantifiable, intangible asset that made people pay attention to you. If he had the workrate of a Vader or could cut a good traditional promo he'd be regarded as a GOAT.

I'm not sure you can find an individual human who more perfectly encapsulates pro wrestling than Sid.
Generally an utterly incoherent promo. Not a single great match to his name.
Multiple time world champion in both of the big promotions and monstrously over in ECW to boot, and for reference, I *love* Sid. That, friends, is pro wrestling - contributes nothing, succeeds at everything
As for my favourite moments of Sid. I have to say in ECW in 1999 when he had a brief run there. One is when he confronted the Dudleyz and tagged with Spike against them - but even more fun is when he came out to squash Kronus, and had evidently started ranting before coming through the curtain because he was already mid sentence by the time the camera reached him.
Another is when he took a chop block from someone, and was told to sell it a lot, and he sells it for a comically long amount of time, beating the mat with his fist yelling DAMMIT DAMMIT DAMMIT

He’s the quintessential “it” wrestler. Not a conventionally good in-ring worker, not a conventionally good promo, but he was just totally believable as being absolutely f***ing mental. There’s that infamous skit where he destroys the Barber Shop set and a can of shaving foam blows up in his face, and he finishes the segment covered in foam; anyone else would look ridiculous, it just made him look even more unhinged.
Dan Spivey is another one like that, just seemed absolutely terrifying without trying, and I kind of love it.

What if he somehow came to WWE in 2003, where would he be?

I love Sid, and not in the ironic way.
He’s just a big f_cking lumbering brute who looks like a psychopath (no pun intended). Amazing physique, he just seethes with intensity. Sure, he had some silly moments on the mic that are head scratchers but if that man wanted to make the WWF/WCW his kingdoms he could’ve if he would’ve taken it that seriously.
A 100% dedicated to wrestling Sid doing a Japan tour would’ve been phenomenal.

What if he somehow came to WWE in 2003, where would he be? He would be given a program with Hunter who was the WCW killer. He would be given a written promo he would get wrong. They would main event a PPV with him against Hunter once anyway and the match would be terrible. He would end up being booked in a comedy tag team with a mid carder and stop showing up to work.

Hitting Jose Lothario with a tv camera and powerbombing his son backstage.
Should have been inducted into the hall of fame then and there.
