I'll be watching. It's going to be on 9 channels. Including FOX Sports for some reason. Loved the original. Love Tyson.

Didn't realize Nikita Koloff was a baby face. Figured all the Soviet wrestlers were heels.

Every PPV taking place in the Chicagoland area (WWF, NWA) in the 80s has the same State of Illinois official referee. It's literally the same guy.

I remember him wearing something similar as a muscle shirt, but as a vest with the HH on it...I don't think so. also Flair is wearing long tights here which is something I've never seen him do Good catch. So is Sid unless that is supposed to be the tightest pair of jeans ever. I don't think Sid ever wore long tights.

This artwork always seemed off to me. Then I realized it was this vest or sleeveless jacket that Hogan is wearing. Did he ever wear it?

WWE needs to just let 2 or 3 die hard wrestling fans get on there and fix this crap. There are fans who know who was on all the cards without even having to research it.

That there were like 50 wrestlers with cowboy gimmicks in the 80s.

OK so I got the search to work on the PS3 but the lack of results is ridiculous. Only 10 results for Hulk Hogan? There should be more for Hogan with just Wrestlemanias alone. There are only 2 results for Piper.

Anyone know if they have added any new content now that the free trial is over?

I've got a slim (2nd model) and other the the search, it's been freakin great. No issues. Came home after work, tried a search and it finally kinda worked. If the word pops up in the little grey box it'll do a search, but if it doesn't there seems to be no way to actually trigger the search. And with some content randomly disappearing right now, the search function is pretty vital. The search engine on the PS3 version has been a bit spotty for me all week. As of Friday night, the results seem to play but before that they didn't. And if the little box with the name doesn't show up, my only guess is that maybe they aren't in the database. Or it's a glitch they still need to work out. I haven't had that problem, but I haven't done all that many searches. Admittedly, it's still a bit buggy even for me. Because on my computer, I'll get multiple pages of search results (though none usually play), but only the first page of search results usually shows on my PS3 and Roku. How are you even getting the search feature on the PS3 to work? There is no button to hit as far as I can tell to actually do the search after you type out your query.

I wish they would at least show some Mexican and Japanese wrestling.

I like this idea. Say if TNA lost it's Spike TV slot, it could be shown on the WWE Network without WWE outright buying it.

I remember seeing a clip of him doing commentary for some match with a wrestler that had a grunge gimmick and JR trying to explain to him what grunge music was.

Another thing I noticed about this show is that the ref had a white shirt with some kind of logo on it shaped like the state of Illinois. I assume this wasn't a WWF referee and that Illinois had some kind of wrestling commission that insisted they used their officials? I believe until the mid 80s most of the officials were part of the athletic commission. I'm not positive of that but I remember hearing that back in the day. Not sure how that would work what with wrestling not being quite on the level though. Interesting. During the last matches on the card the Illinois ref was gone and Hebner was the official.
