Johnny! Hung around for a while too... he appeared in a random Battle Royal I think. He didn't do much but still. Ah. I don't remember that at all. Did he use the Jeter part of his name then?

I did randomly watch the Baretta/Hawkins match with my little brother when I was over at my dad's house a few weeks ago. And before that...I can't remember the last time I watched anything on Superstars.

Didn't only one of them even stay on the main roster once they got broken up? That doesn't count.

I completely forget that they were even a tag team. Go figure.

No, the Dashing Ones had a falling out backstage. There was no feud but they were mad at each other. Well damn! Come on people! What about Los Guerreros? Did they stop teaming together when Eddie got pushed to the Main Event and did they still like each other at least?

It's weird how I couldn't stand Tim and Eric Awesome Show Great Job for longer than about 10 seconds (or if it was Steve Brule) yet, I liked Tom Goes to the Mayor...

Yeah, NBA slam dunks are pretty much the exact same thing over and over.
Also...hockey goals....really now? They're a highlight? They all look the same half the time when they are highlights...rarely do I see any and go "wow, that was awesome"

Who the hell is Helms except a footnote in the history of wrestling? Has more credibility to judge other wrestlers than any of us do by a loooong mile. And we do it all the time.

Yeah, I suppose that might count, since they were briefly Tag Champs and had a team name. And since they both stayed heel, but just don't like each other after and went back to not being involved with each other.
I'm tempted to just count them, because it's bad when none of us wrestling nerds can come up with a clear answer haha

I'm glad I won't have to see the stupid commercial for it anymore at least.

Then what? Knox just stands around during all of Cody's matches, wrestles on Superstars for awhile, the WWE gets bored, and he gets released again? That's your mistake: you asked "then what." I'm sure WWE creative didn't ask that when splitting up Cryme Tyme, The Hart Dynasty, the Dudebusters, the Gatecrashers, or just about any other team in the last few years. It's sad that it's probably true. The outline they have involves exactly what I said, minus the two most important words.

I would pay ten times more for a video of HBK and Jericho arguing at the catering table than I would for a Sugar Shane Helms shoot video.

There has to be someone obvious. I know it's not something that happens a lot, but it has happened before. I just can't remember the last time. I only asked because the WWE seems to do the EXACT same thing with Tag Team breaks up nowadays.
Step 1: One team member isn't living up to his end.
Step 2: One team member is frustrated at the other getting beat.
Step 3: One team member turns on the other.
Step 4: Team members are clear face and heel based on who turned on who.
Step 5: Blow off match or two on Superstars.
Step 6: Obscurity.

That one guy in the video should spend less time yelling unoriginal insults at successful people, and spend more time washing his nasty looking dread locks.

I dunno how to take your "vertebreaker" comment. Was that supposed to be a good thing that he did? IMO, that move is a blight on workers all over the world, should never have been concieved and should never be performed again. Just my two pennies. That was sarcasm.

I wouldn't really count D-X either, since HBK retired. Didn't they have that period in the run-up to Wrestlemania where they kinda fell out because they both wanted to win the Rumble? They still hung out and stuff after though. HHH was doing his own thing, but was still sort of involved with HBK in his going crazy with desire to face Taker again...but they never actually came to blows or anything and both still rocked the D-X crap if I remember right. (Maybe not, but it's hard to count them as just a tag team and D-X not being a stable, even if it was just the two of them)

Was it "Sagman, Bennet, Robbins, Oppenheim and Taft" by chance?

Not really fair to count teams with one guy getting the ax. ;D
Also, can't really count Hawkins and Ryder, since Hawkins went back to FCW for like..what, a year and half?
Edit: I wouldn't really count D-X either, since HBK retired.

News this morning: -Mark Reynolds may go to Baltimore. David Hernandez and Kam Mickolo are being discussed as going to Zona. -Pat Gillick has been elected to the Hall. -Seems like the Marcum deal is just for Lawrie, no one else. Is anyone here a Diamondbacks fan? Because I want to know what their fans think of Mark Reynolds. I personally cannot stand the way he plays, I think that he makes a mockery of the game striking out 200+ times a year. Reynolds makes up for it with his defense. As long as you still drive in runs and hit home runs to make up for it. (which he did less of last year) Though I suppose when you strike out, you take away the chance of moving runners, but I never see him play so I don't know how often he strikes out with guys on base. Probably a lot when you strike out 200 times. The O's need a 3B, so they could do a lot worse than Reynolds and his 200 Ks.
