Given that they tend to grab concepts from real life cases I'm surprised it hasn't happened more often, but I've seen two separate procedural crime shows with the exact same episode. In this case it was an episode of SVU and Cold Case that were the exact same beat for beat.
- Father convicted of committing arson and killing his two daughters. Alternative theory is put forward where there was an accidental electrical fire in the kids room and the father tries to save the kids but by opening the door he caused oxygen to flood the room and the fire to spread. - The fire marshall/inspector on the case dismisses the alternative theory - Fire marshall is ultimately discredited when they are able to replicate the scenario. - With the new scenario the father's name is cleared.

An interaction I had while working a customer helpline. I was a supervisor and the call had been going on for nearly an hour since it was passed to me. We were going round in circles because their application hadn't been processed yet.
Caller: I'm not hanging up until you tell me when this will be done.
Me: I'm sorry I can't do that, how long it'll take will depend on how many others are ahead of you and I don't have that information.
Caller: I'm not getting off this call until you tell me when it'll be processed.
Me: I mean, I can tell you a time but if I did that I'd just be making it up and lying to you.
Caller: That's fine.
Me:......okay. You'll have an answer by this time next week but please bear in mind that I am making this up.
Caller: Thank you!
*Hangs up*

So how should the sequel go? Do they have Kamek hire Wario and promise him all the treasure in The Mushroom Kingdom If they are going to utilise Wario I'd go a slightly different route. Having Wario and Waluigi as evil Mario and Luigi works in the videogame world but it'd feel strange that in a movie Brooklyn that looks fairly standard to our world that they'd have evil counterparts. In a sequel, you could have Kamek help break Bowser out early on, then to get his revenge Bowser determines the standard villain trope of the best thing to beat the heroes is the heroes themselves. Kamek does some sort of magic where he makes evil versions of them and boom, you've got Wario and Waluigi as henchmen for Bowser. Then they can transition into redeemed antiheroes by the end of the film once they defeat Mario and Luigi, get betrayed by Bowser and then they all team up to beat Bowser together.

Two snowy scenes that came into my head first are the ending of Sympathy for Lady Vengeance, and then the Bride vs O-Ren fight from Kill Bill 1

I collect American cereal boxes. We don't have much in the way of crazy cereal here in Ireland so the wackier the flavour the better. I'd have to go count but I have to have over 60 different ones at this stage. Handy thing is that once they're folded down they're easily stored. And the seasonal designs make for interesting decorations come Halloween and Christmas. I know Ireland is big and you don't know it all, but wasn't there a restaurant in Ireland that sold nothing but cereal? I know I heard an interview with the owners on CBC Radio on morning, I think it was Ireland where the guys had opened up. I think you might be thinking of the Cereal Killer Cafe. It was founded by two brothers from Belfast but the cafes themselves were all in England. I did visit their places in Shoreditch and Camden while they were open. It was a really cool set-up done up to look like a bedroom from the 90's with CRT's all over the place playing VHS's of old TV shows and movies. Alas all their locations closed down during Covid and they're just a website now. I used to order cereal off then regularly but they've stopped shipping to Ireland because of the customs issues from Brexit.

Roman smiling at the end of Sami's entrance, I'd like to think is genuine happiness for Sami disguised as a smug smirk.

A thought that just came into my head.
Fallon Henley and Kiana James are womens tag champs in NXT. One's a country gal that loves a good fighting and a cold beer, the other's a business mogul that looks to seal the deal not just in the boardroom but in the ring.
Someone needs to get to work on making a decent knock-off of this all time great entrance song.

While the Black Death was wiping out most of Europe, the people blamed it on rats. While the rats did carry the bacteria Yersinia Pestis, they didn't spread it.
It was the fleas sucking blood from the rats, then hopping and biting humans. Hygiene being what it was, everyone was used to getting bit by fleas, so that wasn't anything unusual to them. So as far as they were concerned it was the rats fault.

I've known since day one what a star Duke Hudson is, so him being able to bring Chase U to the next level just warms my heart. They should have won the Tag titles. Duke's been my boy for a good while now. It's been disappointing seeing him get so many stop-start pushes and basically be a jobber to the upper midcard, so it's nice to see him getting over as part of Chase U.

For a while now I've felt like NXT has lacked someone that fits the 'Heart and Soul of NXT' role. Someone that comes in and starts at the bottom with no-one really caring about them, but over time based on their performances the crowd appreciates them more and they start getting over until they're one of the favourite acts in the brand.
For me those were Sami, Bayley, for a brief time Tye Dillinger, DIY and then solo Gargano. Since the 2.0 revamp, I felt that act had been missing, but for the last few weeks it feels like Chase U could potentially fill that role if the booking plays their cards right.

Not sure I get what they were going for with that ending. Bron losing his cool at the end and Waller repeatedly telling him 'Hit me'. Seems like it should've led to Waller hitting that knee and winning the match by goading Bronn and making him temporarily lose his composure.

You can't call it a surfboard, Booker, that's already a move. I vote for 'Unprettiest'

"I will be the best NXT Champion of all time" Bron, you have a long way to unseat the current best NXT champ of all time, Robert Roode

This reminds me of when the Iconics were in that Fatal 4 Way with Asuka and I think Nikki. Why not just arrange one pins the other then they agree to have a 1 on 1 match down the line to see who'd win it fairly.
