The pop was poor for Sunny. What a bunch of Ingrates in CT They're called kids. Yeah, it was a nice mark-out with Sunny. Damn she was a boner-magnet for us boys of that time. And unlike Trish.....Sunny looked real to me.

That back-cracker did look painful. A good spot in an otherwise decent TV ladder match. Considering there wasn't a fued to build it up and they had to keep Jeff fresh for Sunday, it was way less one sided than expected. Having Carlito sidestep all of the usual pitfalls in ladder matches, and seemingly being one step ahead of Jeff until the finish was pretty kickass. Maybe the "newz" that WWE wants to show Carlito they don't want him to leave isn't BS, and Carlito looked like he was out there to impress. And that's a good point. I liked those moments, but in a collective hole, its still only a decent match. Then again, considering those circumstances...I can see your point.

Carlito looked real good until the end of that ladder match. There were some nice bumps/spots in there. The ladder backracker and his ladder bumps looked PAINFUL. Also? the Springboard onto the wobbly ladder? BALLSY. That back-cracker did look painful. A good spot in an otherwise decent TV ladder match.

The Ladder match was OK, if a little flat. Now if it WWE had kept the Hardy/Kennedy IC feud booking going, that would have been cool. Then again, the crowd knew that Carlito would job, but I still enjoyed it. I give my vote to the Battle Royale, because I have a price....

Whoa whoa, suspension? Jeff Hardy never went on a suspension...or one that was reported and/or announced by the WWE. From what I know, and is the official company line, he took time off after nearly BREAKING his neck after that botched spot in the match with Kennedy.
Stock Up:
MVP - His feud with Matt Hardy has been tops for the ravaged company for 2007, and imagine the finale moment of his program at Wrestlemania for the US strap. Could very well propel both men into main event status. Until then, WWE will give MVP have victories over "over" stars before Matt's triumphant return. Notice how WWE is mentioning Matt weekly to keep him alive and well. WWE knows they have serious money with this, if they play their cards right.
Carlito - I would think anything rational after being buried by a stupid midget is technically stock up, but he had a nice ladder match against Hardy last night. Good spots, maybe WWE will know what to do with him outside of jobbing to Trips or little people.

But didn't Rated RKO get their ass kicked weekly by DX? A great opportunity destroyed, a real good heel stable leading a "youth" war against Trips and HBK. As for Lita....you know, I am too actually. BTW, notice how the Flair program has been dropped very quickly? Lita I think wanted to be remembered at least somewhat as a babyface. Also, it would encroach on the Vickie angle. I think that's a very good point. I mean besides, this is a better send-off than her last RAW with the vibrator jokes.

For not thinking Rated RKO teaming up one last time. In most part because I thought evloution (sp?) would have a 8 man tag match. When you think about it, Orton was in the right for once. For the reasoning of not coming down there. It would have been extra sweet if Edge was WHC. Rated RKO ruling wrestling. Suprised no run end with Lita. Yeah, when they announced the Evolution reunion, I realized how Orton was the only heel and the rest were face. I didn't even think about how the turn and was really glad he brought it up for his reasoning. I remember reading how Michael Hayes used to tell guys that to be a really good heel you constantly need a reason behind your actions and to tell the fans that reason and the better reasons you have, the better the reaction you'll get against you. Orton definitely had the reasoning in spades and kudos to his performance and to the writers for bringing this up and capitalizing on this in a really great way. Although, I was a bit disappointed they picked Umaga for their partner. I really wanted to see Rated RKO to say they were going to counter Flair by bringing out someone as old and dirty as him and then bring out Piper or Orndorff or someone. Considering how I thought that Evolution turn against Orton was botched* in the first place, I thought it was used rightly tonight...and it makes total sense. A good heel is righteous in some way, excused or not. BTW, isn't Piper's knees so bad that he can't actually wrestle anymore, or am I incorrect? *=Should have been Orton leading the coup de tat against Trips. The student taking out the mentor, mentor wants to kick his ass, a program that writes itself.

Wanna one want to bet that they'll have MVP retain the US belt and build him up further by beating (cleanly or not) all these challengers....
I'm sure MVP/Hardy for the US strap is already penciled in for Wrestlemania.

RVD, Sid, Hogan are logical picks but you know what?
What about THE SANDMAN?
Just think about it.......
Or if a certain TNA superagent jumps ship for a one-year contract up north.....you know his name.

Why are people saying he got a small pop? I've watched it 3 times now and it was huge and continued on for 3/2 straight minutes of just applause and standing ovations. I think Ross and LAwler talked too much, and helped cut out some of that applause. The people remembered.

Jericho's promo was good, or he delivered it pretty good.
I mean, that much charisma, intensity, and awesomeness in a WWE promo?

To all the people complaining about Jericho looking gay.... Do you NOT remeber Jericho in WCW? He was MAD gay. His clothes were outrageous and he even had pigtails at one point. Thats his gimmick man. Hes a 80's glam rock dude. You know, that's true.

The crowd was amazingly dead. Why? I know they're happy that their hero came back, but come on....
As for KYJ and Sandinista......good work.
So yeah, anyone crapping on Jericho's return can go and suck my noodle.

The above would be awesome! They teased a little Piper/Y2J feud a while back after Roddy came back from Mania 19. Then that fell apart. Also in Jerichos book he mentioned that he was suppose to feud with Hot Rod in WCW. Imagine how awesome that would be if they could have done this when Roddy was in his prime? It wouldn't have been awesome. It would have been FRIGGIN awesome!

I don't see either Hardy winning championship gold, I think the closest either of them came to looking like a real threat to the championship, was when Matt came back during the Edge/Lita thing. But he's lost his steam since then. I'm sure at this rate they will both see some mainevents, maybe to fill out a spot in a elimatination chamber or facing Orton or Edge to keep them hot for a month, holding off an Taker or Triple H fued a little longer. but I'm sure either could win ECW gold. Wow, you not watched the last 6 months or so of SMACKDOWN! ?

He hasn't really "made it" in WWE terms. Making it is being WWE Champ for at least a year in my opinion... (Cena, Batista), and Jeff hasn't even reached RVD, Edge, Booker, or Khali's level. He's obviously over with the fans but there is something holding him back. Personally, I'm just not into the character at all. What does he need anyway? Lets see.......he's over....he sells merchandise....he's a name.... Unless he screws up and pulls a RVD, I think Jeff has a shot at main event status. People, look beyond the stupid hair.

Why would Trips want to bother with the IC belt? Its probably a toy in his eyes.
Two outcomes, or right outcomes, will come from this match.
(1) Epic long match where HHH puts Hardy over, and make him equal on the main event stage, and be suitable down the line for a WWE title shot. This is most likely.
(2) Epic long match where HHH prevails, but Hardy is shown as equal to him and set up 2008 for the year when he breaks onto the main event scene, maybe summer 08.
