Either Jericho will win the title at Armaggedon OR win the Royal Rumble, with a possibility of choosing to go to SmackDown! to challenge for the World Heavyweight Title or feud with someone before WrestleMania. He wont win the strap sunday. That's a sure-fire bet. But RR? Sure why not. Though considering Laslhey is returning very soon, I wouldn't be shocked if Jericho was moved to SD! He would be very good at the main event scene as the Tweener compared to the Faces (Taker/Batista) and Heel (Edge).

Perhaps, though the idea of winning the strap at Royal Rumble....doesn't that make Wrestlemania pointless? Rock won the title at No Way Out 2001, and went on to lose it at WrestleMania 17 a month later. So, not pointless ... just ... hot-shotty. Jed Shaffer ~Still, what needs to be remembered is NWO is two months away. That's true. Thanks for making that point. What I don't get is, wouldn't Trips/Orton be a WM headliner? Trips getting the strap, bingo.

Perhaps, though the idea of winning the strap at Royal Rumble....doesn't that make Wrestlemania pointless? Though I guess a SD! guy will win the RR then. Which Smackdown guy do you think will win? MVP? Oh no. In fact, I see MVP/Matt Hardy for the US strap at Wrestlemania. It depends on who is the WHC on New Years Day.

According to adverts in Las Vegas, the Elimination Chamber at No Way Out will be a RAW match, and will have Randy Orton, Shawn Michaels, Jeff Hardy, Mr Kennedy, Umaga and Bobby Lashley in it. I guess that more or less confirms that Triple H is winning the title at the Royal Rumble then, and that Chris Jericho will be nowhere near the main event after Armageddon. Perhaps, though the idea of winning the strap at Royal Rumble....doesn't that make Wrestlemania pointless? Though I guess a SD! guy will win the RR then.

I don't know how Jeff got so over with the crowd, but he is. Shame WWE won't ever give him a title run, as it would be well-received. Oh they will. They're simply taking their time with Jeff. Now concern is legit when Cena returns and Lashley is back, and that'll be real concern if Jeff's main event push upward or be stalled up the ass?

Another idea, what if she returns and calls out the Diva faces a bunch of "idiotic sluts"? I man, a quick/easy way to put some over, I'm sure.

Hands down ... and I am surprised has not been talked about much yet.. the return of Matt Borne as Doink the "Evil" Clown They mentioned him as being evil, but are you sure it was Bone and not just Eugene as it sometimes is? If it is Borne, wow, he looks fit. Its not Eugene, because he got booked for a local wrestling gig, and he's "Former WWE Superstar"...

Definitely Sunny. I haven't watched WWE in at least five years and I was really on the fence whether to tune in tonight until I heard she's be there. Too bad most of the crowd seemed to be too young to remember her. I'm not surprised since she was gone what, 10 years? Plus, she left just before WWF fully exploded into massive popularity of that Attitude Era. Its like Stanley Kubrick. What movies do people know him most for, 2001 or the equally awesome-yet-not-as-valued PATHS OF GLORY? I wouldn't be surprised that with RAW tonight, and how Sunny was put over as the first "Diva"...they'll book her for the HOF in the near future.

Dominated? More like they happened to hold the belts while the division became, like over on Smackdown, non-existant. I tell ya, the MVP/Matt Hardy tag program wasn't perfect, but at least it made that division matter again. As for Cody, well at least Bob Holly has something good right now instead of jobbing out on ECW. I can see your point. The Highlander's ship has sailed, but the tag division on Raw needs more gimmick teams. Too bad the Headbangers aren't around. Why is it that WWE hypes the hell out of a new tag team, then promptly forgets them? Why not keep up on the gimmick and make an actual division? Its like Deuce & Domino on SD!....that's a gimmick I dig, and they seemed like they could sell hotcakes for the division as the local heel jackoffs. Then boom, they don't matter anymore. Then again, look at years ago with the WWE Tag division. You had the Hardys duking it out against Edge/Christian, with Dudleys involved. Then late 90s, it was the Smoking Gunns, later the New Age Outlaws along with the Headbangers. Or God forbid, ole WCW. The Steiners, the Andersons, Harlem Heat, you name it. Sorry, rant over, back to topic.

Still, Cade and Murdoch have dominated the belts, and London is injured, seemingly, so they couldn't of dropped them to them. It's hard to say how much people normally would of cared, because they seemed disappointed about not getting any legends in the match. Poor Cody. He can only do so much to make people give a smurf about Holly. Dominated? More like they happened to hold the belts while the division became, like over on Smackdown, non-existant. I'd like to add that I dug Holly and Cody winning the titles. Now, I love Cade and Murdoch but the title had been static for too long. I think that match inadvertedly became a symbol of RAW in the last few years in not giving a damn about the Tag straps, and the crowd didn't really care at all. People make the belts, not the other way around. Which is sad since Cade/Murdoch could be serious money as a heel tag team that together is a legit ring threat against the best, or even the soldier foundation of a stable.

(1) RVD - Damn, that came out of no where for me. I guess he good terms with the WWE after all. Damn he had an insane reception tonight.
(2) Sunny - Nice nostalgic throwback for my 12 year old self. Too bad the kids didn't know any better.
(3) Ted DiBiase - Read the reports, knew he was coming. But yeah, I liked him bribing IRS. Makes me almost want to read Jed Shaffer's "What if Hogan accepted DiBiase's $1 million Offer?" again.
That said, I was sorta expecting SID to come back. Oh well.

Off topic, but wasn't Corino supposed to be at the Battle Royale? No, he was scheduled to work a dark match against HGH Smith, and may be looking to land a tryout as a road agent. Harry Smith, right? On that topic, D.H. Smith? My God what a stupid name. He might as well get pinstripes and be a retarded baseball gimmick. Anyway, I mistakenly assumed that Corino was booked to appear...and technically, I would assume that he did. I'll catch it on friday.

Sunny: She was able to get herself together really well. She's in fantastic shape now considering a couple of years ago she was huge. Steve Blackman: Doesn't look like he's aged at all. (1) Yeah, she surprised me. Good for her. (2) Anyone notice the pop that Blackman got? I must admit, I thought he was cooler than Shamrock back in the day...if only because Blackman didn't have a "serious face" that looked like he was constipated or something.

RVD - He'll come back, but he'll pull a Jericho: Either his way or no way. Still hate that he screwed up his whole main event status over his damn speedin & weedin. Immediately "over" guy that crowds would buy as a top-title contender.
Blackman - We need lethal-precision ass kicking.
Sunny - Be nice to have a true mature "Diva"...help put others over.

Also wished Cena was there. I'm not a fan of his, but I can't deny the major role he's had on Raw the last few years. Agree.

When Edge/Orton were announcing their partner..did anyone else get a faint flicker of hope it might be Christian..even for a second? I did... I would have liked to seen Matt, Hurricane, and Sid. Considering Matt is in the hospital, ole Hurricane still out*.....now Sid, I expected him at that spot or at the battle royale. *=Is Helms ever gonna come back?

Sting. Lights turn of again and people thinking its undertaker again. Only for Sting to be standing right behind him. Vince turns around shocked. Tries to run Sting grabs him for the SDD. Then says there is a new Era for Raw in the near future. This storyline could go in many directions. Speaking of that, seems obvious that WWE planted the seeds for a possible Hogan/Khali match at Wrestlemania, didn't they? A better question...who would care?

I'll follow the crowd......SID.
God forbid I miss a monster that actually a monster, instead of the weekly lunch for Trips.
