You know what I wish I could do? Get involved with the ole UWA based out of Knoxville.
Of course the shows have the theology of 100% chain wrestling, but it would be fun to get involved in some form or matter.
(Then again, went to a show once where an "Irish" tag team The Shamrocks, supposedly hailing from Dublin, were basically two boys from Mount Carmel trying their best Liam Neeson-mockery accent. Why not instead be "Scot-Irish"? You know, a joke on the region's heavy Scot-Irish ancestry, and have this tag-team have a guy coming out with a kilt, and the other with shamrock stuff. But again, who am I?)

I had heard that "Beautiful" Bobby Eaton had a school in Kingsport, but I've had no verification of it. Yeah he did, but with Eaton, you never know quite honestly.

Even after he left under such bad terms, I still remember the WWE stating that once he gets his life in order he will be accepted back with larger then open arms. Was that before or after Angle signed up with TNA?

I think Taker should put Edge over at WM...in a CLEAN finish. 2008 is a critical year where many of the stars from the 1990s from Taker to HBK.....might finally step aside or back off some as new people take over their spots. Pfft, what am I kidding? That'd be great, but a lot of these younger guys aren't ready to main event shows by themselves. Not yet at least. The thing is, I can see Matt Hardy becoming over at Main Event with the culmination of his US title program with MVP, where both men become ME material. But for Hardy especially, in late 2008.................Edge/Matt for the WHC strap, anyone?

I still say Edge should win. This is the perfect time to cement Edge as THE HEEL. Unless the guy gets injured again and is out for another 8 months. As good as he is, he's always been injury-prone. That's what really sucks. I would love to see heel Edge carry the title through Mania but I don't know if ending Undertaker's streak is the right way to do it, especially if Undertaker isn't retiring, and there's no sign he is. The thing about Taker and HBK is, a reason why they've come back or stayed is that WWE desperately needed their star-power/credibility to sell tickets...right? I mean, who's going to keep wrestling on a regular schedule for the WWE in 5 years, of December 2012? Edge or the Dead Man? The clock is ticking.

im afriad that Jeff becoming champion too soon will kill off his support... and a clean loss will hurt his credibility and momentum... WWE is walking a very thin line with him... i really hope it works out And you're right. People are hating the outcome to the Mysterio/MVP bout for the US strap from sunday, but it was a logical outcome that protected both workers. Not the same outcome, but a similar result would protect both Orton and Hardy. Of course, I don't think there is any chance at all that Jeff wins the top strap next month at the RR. No way.

Its why I posted "reportedly booked" regarding Kennedy. Whatever its true or not, we'll find out in a few years.

The real question is, if he does, will he screw up as badly as Kennedy? OHHHHHHHHHHHH! kennedy didn't really mess up, he's just generally a very stupid man What's the difference? Besides, Kennedy reportedly booked for MAIN EVENT of Wrestlemania 24 until his roids blow that up in smoke, and he's practically a jobber to the stars: HBK, Trips, Hardy, you name it. Jeff Hardy has done some stupid shit, we all agree right? Well, since his return he has not screwed up, put on good matches on a weekly basis, and you know what? He's been the first good IC champion we've had in some time. Maybe he could be booked to defend the strap some more, but otherwise....he's on the right path. Same with Matt.

Oh, Matt Hardy is DEFINATELY on his way to the main event stage with his feud with MVP, the best WWE program of 2007.
I mean, SD! is pushing Hardy weekly as the sole guy that could take the US strap away from the hands of the heel MVP, and whenever that PPV happens....Wrestlemania 24?...........
The place will explode.

If Trips didn't, then Hardy getting a clean pin on Orton tonight definitely did. The guy's getting a push of a lifetime, and as long as he doesn't screw it up, I think he's in for great things in the near future. Best thing about Hardy's victory over Trips is that both men came out of it looking great. Agree on both counts. The question is, can he keep up this momentum of a push once Lashley and Cena return?

My question is, after that match on sunday, did Triple H successful put Jeff Hardy over into main event status?

Easy. Edge promises them the Tag Team straps, and to be within the glory/posse of the World Heavyweight Champion. They do dirty jobs for their leader.
Three Horsemen, anyone?
Now add MVP, and this heel stable would sell.

I dig the idea of Edge leading a stable.
Now if JBL becomes the Manager/Advisor/Official Commentator/Elder/Part-Time Wrestler, and one more guy*....this would be ace.
*=MVP?

JBL was a good ring-worker, so this news is cool.
But damn, Cole was awful as he was, who now to sorta checkmate his annoying factor?
Anyway, one thing about Jericho on SD! that works is that he isn't an egomaniac about jobbing to help put people over.
So yeah, Matt Hardy/Y2J for '08 wouldn't surprise me.

The problem with Kennedy is that WWE botched his program with Hardy.
I mean really, at least if the original plans for WM24 had gone through, it would make sense why Kennedy would be feuding with Trips.
But what's the heat behind his program with HBK?
I mean, a program with Hardy would have made total sense. Kennedy trashing Hardy as Rainbow Brite of a guy who's moveset is jumping and falling.....
But WWE looks like its rushing up Jeff Hardy's main event push with his Trips booking so whatever.

Considering Jericho just arrived, its a little short to hotshot the belt onto him yet Exactly.

The SD main event, last I heard, was meant to be Edge versus Taker, so this would mean Taker winning the Rumble two years in a row. As for Jericho, it's believed he'll be feuding with JBL next, which might mean he goes to SmackDown. Isn't JBL retired? Anyway, I just don't know about Taker. It makes sense though. If Edge wins the strap sunday... Which means, if your report is to be true, Taker wins the strap sunday...and WM for SD! is Taker/Edge: Record vs Belt
