When he said, Summer of Punk...I knew it would be great. But I didn't think it would be this great.

I disagree. But the matches are MUCH closer than people would suggest. I will say Savage/Steamboat is overrated. And I will say Savage/Warrior is underrated.

As a character, yes. As a wrestler, no. But maybe that was because of the people he was working.

Punk is in Chicago and has all the babyface heat. He's the champion, riding off in the sunset. He beat John Cena who most of the crowd has been booing. Someone cashes in to destroy Punk's celebratory moment and bring the belt back to WWE and also feud with Cena. It's not John Morrison...
ALBERTO DEL RIO.

I have him somewhere between a 3 and a 4. His physical ability is okay. Solid, at best. His ability to tell a story in the ring is what sets him apart from a lot of the guys though.

Mania 13 vs. Bret BARELY beats out Mania X7 vs. Rock for me.

Huge, HUGE fan. Malenko/Mysterio is one of my favorite series of matches. Malenko/Jericho is one of my favorite feuds. Malenko/Benoit is one of my favorite tag teams.

Hated him. He was my second least favorite guy when he was on the roster, behind Batista.

To quote Punk and Corino in a tranny bar in England, "That's my guy!"
Best tribute ever.

Decent. Damn running back from the San Diego Chargers stole it from me.

I have the Kings barely edging out Roddy and Aries.

Big Show has had the same theme song since 99. I like consistency.

Cena: Eh, whatever. Bound to get it back at some point. Why not now? Miz: Welp, at least he gets a reaction from the fans. Morrison: Can they pull off having a babyface champion never speak?

Daniel Bryan wins the lottery, Undertaker has a heart attack and dies, Triple H cheats on Steph with Melina, Kelly Kelly turns lesbian with Kharma, Hornswaggle goes over John Cena for the WWE Title.
Cena breaks kayfabe and is an a complete outrage, wondering how the hell people are supposed to believe Horny could legit go over Cena. He demands to know who the hell booked this crap.
He heads backstage to find out Roseanne has been writing it all along, making things up as she goes. She's finished her WWE book now. The show and the story, as she's told it, is over.

I was 3. My cousin's got me into it. My first memory is Mania 8, thinking Bret Hart might die because he was bleeding against Piper. Then, he won. I was hooked.
