I know the term "star" is subjective, but from reading the replies I think some people are making the mistake of thinking that somebody who is capable of main eventing a show is a "star".

Us lucky folks in the UK got this stellar card for the UK Rampage '93 event.
Fatu v Brian Knobbs
Doink the Clown v Kamala
Mr. Perfect v Samu
Bob Backlund v Damien Demento
Typhoon v The Brooklyn Brawler
Crush v Shawn Michaels
Lex Luger v Jim Duggan
Also after sitting through the stacked under-card the semi main event ended in a countout and the main event ended in a DQ.

I've recently been watching this period chronologically on the network and I agree. In fact, when he took that time off for his knee surgery in late '98 his absence was barely noticed. The outlaws seemed to beat Trips in terms of popularity and even XPac seemed to be more popular.
He becomes an amazing heel by late '99, but watchingg him in '98 to early 1999 you'd have never guessed that he would reach that level so quickly.

Newcastle losing at home to Tottenham Jonjo Shelvey receiving a stupid red card for a stamp on Dele Alli. Is Jonjo Shelvey a Welsh translation for Joey Barton? Well that would help me understand why Shelvey did it...he obviously had a bet on himself to get sent off

I wouldn't be happy with a price increase because I use the network solely for the back catalogue, I don't watch any of the current product.
If there was any change to the pricing I'd selfishly prefer them to put a higher price on subscriptions which include the current shows and keep the classic archive at £9.99

I've seen a lot of Liverpool fans complaining about Barcelona's interest unsettling Coutinho...obviously they haven't been concentrating on what their own club has been doing to Southampton virtually every season!

I watched that game this afternoon and was really impressed with Fulham. They knock the ball around so quickly and skilfully. Thought Fulham should've won the game but that's what you get for not taking your chances! Not impressed with Boro though...£40million spent to put in an awful performance at Wolves

2017-18 season might have started but I don't think the Sunderland fans are aware of this judging by the empty seats tonight!

I've never seen anybody look so perpetually terrified on camera like his Lordship. Every show felt like it was his first time on television.

I listened because I am interested in conspiracy theories. But Bo Dallas was just so ill-informed, he seems like the sort of person who reads a two line synopsis of a conspiracy and blindly believes it without doing any research at all.

Only 8 more days to go and we get some real football again. The preseason has (mercifully) flown by incredibly quickly. It's so bloody short, that's why. The Premier League has barely been off two and a half months between seasons, and I'm not sure they've actually stopped playing at any point with all these friendlies and international tours. I'm ready for it because I don't watch international football and I avoid all of the meaningless preseason games. I haven't watched a game of football since the Champions League final almost 2 months ago...and I'm desperate to see some proper footy now!

Because when your mediocre team does eventually succeed it is an amazing feeling. I'm a big fan of Rugby League. My team, the Castleford Tigers, have always been mediocre to poor for the entire time I have supported them since the early 90s. Suddenly this season we find ourselves 10 points clear of 2nd place with only 7 games remaining. We look certain to win the league Championship and are the huge favourites to win the Playoffs. It could have been so easy for me to quit on them years ago because they were never going to win anything...but the fact that we are about to suddenly win things has made all that perseverance worthwhile! "If you want the rainbow, you got to put up with the rain. Do you know which philosopher said that? Dolly Parton. And people say she's just a big pair of tits." We need more Brent-isms on here

I started watching ECW in 2000 when Justin Credible was the champion and the end was nigh! I've wanted to watch ECW on the network, I've seen 1995 mentioned on this thread a few times so would you suggest starting at the beginning of '95 or should I jump in from the earliest shows availble? The network goes back to Episode 1 in 1993. I'm not very fond of those episodes but you might be. They feature The Sandman (As a surfer), Jimmy Snuka, Don Muraco, Heyman, Eddie Gilbert and of course Terry Funk. Sandman as a surfer...this I have to see
