This whole thing was either Bradshaw or Simmons idea. Anyone remember which one it was?

My issue with this is that he isn't just blaming the WWE. He mentioned Linda by name. That right there points to this being political and that's all I'm saying about it.

Would he get to be himself this time? If so then that would be awesome.

Heath Ledger as the Joker in The Dark Knight Sure you could say his last film was The Imaginarum Of Dr Parnassis. But he never finished his part for that film. Technicaly he never finished his part for The Dark Knight but it was much more complete than that other movie I have never even heard of so I say this counts.

Before our minor league hockey team was an AHL team they were and ECHL team.
A couple stories from the guys.
For one my sister was friends with quite a few of the players and she and her friends would go back and forth playing pranks with the guys and they would prank the girls. One thing my sister did was while the team was away on a road trip she went to one of the player's apartments and put some leftover pizza in his truck so when he got back he had this moldy pizza sitting in his truck. He saw my sister out eating a couple day after he got back and sent her over a drink and had the waitress ask her if she wanted to go out for pizza later.
One of the guys got in a fight and knocked the oposing players front teeth out in the fight. He felt bad about it and took the guy out for a steak dinner after the game.
One of the goalies was familiar with my friends and I and we would burn him cd's of our band. Every other week or so we'd see him after the games and he'd ask if we had any shows coming up and if we had any new cd's for him. We were in high school at the time so it was cool to us.
One night Steve Austin was there for an autograph signing and we were hanging out in the club room after the game. Austin came down and was about to walk through a door when one of the players passed him and said to us. "Why does he look so mad? Did you guys lay the smackdown on old Stone Cold?" Austin hadn't made it through the door yet and the player was back to back with him and I don't think he knew Austin hadn't gone through the door. Austin stopped when he said it and looked over at us and smiled and we couldn't help but laugh.
Anyone have any similar stories?
Oh and Eric Patterson tried to kill me but that's another story for another time.

Shawn isn't called Mr. Wrestlemania because of wins and losses though. It's because of the quality of matches he puts on. Even with the loses the quality of matches stays the same. As mentioned Tatanka and Hornswoggle would be the top two guys in the company. Drew would have been a main eventer for awhile. I'm pretty sure the OP knows that. And he has a point in the context of this "what if" discussion, too: if win/loss records were what mattered and not match quality, HBK's career at Wrestlemania wouldn't be perceived as being so impressive. I stick by my post.

I'm not sure how that would work. They have so many guys on the roster who are inactive as it is there right now. I don't know.

Re-read the first post. Otherwise I would have said Angle. I'll say Ken Shamrock. Feud him with Swagger. ah sorry. Shannon Moore.

Depending on how severe it is though it could keep him out longer.

Lock if this was already posted but I didn't see it. {Spoiler} Alex Riley suffered a bad head injury at the FCW tapings when Kaval kicked him off the side of the ring. He smacked his head on the guard rail and blood was pouring out the back of his head. They had to stop the match and have a stand by match run instead. No word on how severe the gash was but he couldn't make it to the back under his own power and Kaval was said to be standing in the ring looking concerned. I guess that I should add this was a title match and Kaval will get another shot at the title when Riley is healthy enough to face him. They may not be showing this on tv though and if they do it won't air for another 3 weeks from now. It's being reported that the injury is not severe but Riley may miss the tapings this week.

On his dvd Melanie said he was offered an announcer spot in the WWE but refused it. If he couldn't wrestle due to injuries he would have left. She said it tore him up to be there and not be able to compete. I think he would have altered his style and been a top start in the attitude era. Hmm, I forgot about that since I haven't watched the DVD since it first came out. I still stick by my original post as I mentioned he would have kept wrestling for a while before going into the announcer role. I think with his injuries he'd eventually have to accept the announcer position or maybe work as a road agent. I honestly can't disagree with you. I think he had a passion for the business and it would have been hard for him to stay away.

Thought when she came in, iirc she was the bf of Rios? Actually I don't think Essa Rios was even his real name in kayfabe anyway. The announcers acknowledged on several occasions that he used to be Papi Chulo, and that he changed his name for no apparent reason. because Papi Chulo is a stupid insulting name. He was also Mr. Agulia did they ever mention that?

The question is, why were there police at a hog dog eating contest? Do they really get that out of hand? To protect the contestants from groupies? Police are usually around for any kind of large public gathering. It's pretty standard. Yeah seriously. You would think the Taste of Chicago wouldn't be out of hand yet there were several stabbings at the event on Friday. Several.....seriously.

NBA 2K10 makes me so mad. Why can I not have 12 minute quaters in My Player? I can have them in every other jebus dam mode. But noooooo let's be re-stupid and not have them in My Player.

Taker has been the leader of Smackdown for so long I really don't think of anyone else first.
I wish they would change the name though. It's outdated as chops, survivor series, royal rumble, non gimmick ppvs and wrestling that makes sense.
