Sincerely hope he comes through this OK. Always heard he was a good guy.
Also, has anyone verified Sheamus' alibi?

Worth noting on the timetable deadline, if they're using a bank with West Coast branches (Wells Fargo, for instance), they still have a few more hours until Friday closing.

I like how the last great hope for TNA is a dude from a random band. It's like Shaggy 2 Dope and Pete Wentz were too busy to bothered. Billy got beat up by a juggalo in junior high and has secretly harbored ever since a goal to show the ICP that he can outdo them in anything. First he started a band, and then moved on to wrestling.

God, this is gonna be a busy day. Got Luke Cage playin' on the TV, Ryder Cup in the background on the computer, and checking the iPad every 5 minutes to see if TNA is dead or alive. Damn, gotta find time to make some food here soon My undying gratitude to you, sir. With all the TNA drama, I completely forgot about Luke Cage. Will be checking in on that shortly to get a good start before I go to work tonight.

Winners earn a Best of 7 Series with each other. ...and the winners of the Best of 7 get? Best of 7 winner advances to a best of 21 series with the loser of the best of 7.

TNA just ranks lower than PWG and CZW at this point, they've never made public that they ran out of funds before BOLA and Cage of Death. Here's the rank of the wrestling companies in the states. 1. WWE 2. ROH 3. Lucha Underground 4. PWG 5.CZW 6. Evolve 7. tna (they don't even deserve upper cases) TNA became a low level Indy that's about to die. As long as TNA is on TV (which, granted, it may not be as of next week) and has a PPV deal (again, we're possibly on the cusp of that ending), it's still at least third. I think it draws more viewers than LU, which doesn't do PPVs or live events of any sort as far as I know. It's got more name talent under contract than the others below ROH (I think LU has a lot of short-appearance deals but not many under true contract, which TNA has a lot fewer than before but still a Jeff Hardy alone is far better known than the entire LU roster). If we're talking just on financial stability, no way to know how some of the lower rungs on the ladder are -- some of those companies are putting on very few shows in front of very few people with zero talent under contract (using indie guys who bounce around) and could be one bad show from going under, for all we know.

I know the rules of logic don't seem to ever fit TNA, but just had a thought:
The operating assumption has been that that TNA needs funding for BFG and the TV tapings by end of business today, as this is the last business and banking day before the PPV.
But aren't those two separate issues?
By which I mean, if Billy or the Nazis or whoever comes up with funding only for BFG today, the PPV would go on. But the money for the TV tapings doesn't necessarily have to appear by today because those can happen at any time up to Thursday next week (although how they'd tape and edit and get it ready in the same day I have no idea ... but regardless the tapings could happen Monday night or Tuesday or Wednesday or whatever, right?).
My point is, this could play out at least a little longer. Billy said earlier this week it would take a couple of weeks to put things together on his end if he was buying TNA -- I don't think that he could, like VKM, just stroke a check at 4:59 and have it clear; probalby needs to move some assets around as his net worth isn't the same as being liquid with millions sitting in a checking account.
So I could see a scenario where they limp through BFG and on Monday we're back on the "can they find the money in time to tape TV" death watch.

Honestly I don't see Jeff returning unless he gets a Brock like schedule. Matt maybe but who knows. Hell TNA may not be even a thing in Feb, nobody sure if TNA will be a thing by this weekend. He could work it out so Willow fills some of his dates to give him an easier schedule.

So they'd admit to Stockholm Syndrome? They could make that the name of the stable. And have Cesaro keep trying to crash it with his Swedish flag. (Yes, I know he's Swiss, but do you think the average wrestling fan realizes that's two entirely different countries?) This stuff writes itself.

I want to enjoy the spirit of this thread and be excited about TNA's potential impending doom. But I can't, at this point. I have too much of a "fool me once" mentality toward the concept now. When Spike cancelled Impact, I got really excited and kept waiting for the end to come. It didn't. When the Tennessee business license debacle was going on, my eyes were glued to my screen, waiting for news that the end had come. It didn't. And now, when, yet again, there is a very real possibility that this damn company is finally going to kick the bucket, instead of being excited, I'm basically just thinking "meh, I'll believe it when I see it." Oh, TNA. As the whole past two years has proved, you can't even die right. TNA kicks out at 2 3/4!!!!!
