It’s even worse when the gang of 6-8 dudes just kinda stagger around getting into position as they await the bowling ball. Looks so fake.

They can’t help but overproduce everything to death. I do have a type of colorblindness and it makes the match very hard to watch.

Randy Savage, despite reconciling with Elizabeth, is still mostly heelish on commentary when he joins Superstars in 1991. And especially when it comes to Ultimate Warrior, of course. But the glaring exception is during Ted DiBiase matches...because of the presence of Sensational Sherri. Yet their history was forgotten about once 1992 hit, especially when Savage had a mini feud with HBK after winning the belt.

Creative meetings until 3 in the morning and THIS is the product we end up with?

Remember back in the day when FIVE was seen as a big deal and pretty much untouchable?

New entrance is a good start, but if they continue to use the same tired camera angles it won’t make a difference.

I have no idea what the current stages even look like. They're just a blur of boring ass gigantic LED screens to me. Not to mention all the unnecessary additions to the actual ring.

If you hit up Redbubble just right, then you can usually get a T with just about anything you want on it for $12-$15. Plus tax and shipping. I can’t believe I had no idea Redbubble existed until this summer, but my classic WWF T-Shirt game has been on point ever since lol.

Is there any reason for this never ending feud, or is it just a reason to keep them from getting ring rust? I’m getting flashbacks of Hart Dynasty vs. Cryme Tyme.

WWE programming has not been “must watch” in a VERY long time. Throw in the fact that one can just as easily catch segments on their Youtube channel and not miss a thing. Throw DVR into the mix and yea there is little reason to watch live other then you have nothing better to do.

Thanks for the link lol. That’s actually a very good price if it stays, the problem lies in finding a PAL VCR that can play it, but at this point I think that’s the route I gotta take.

About 2 years ago I started my (obsessive) journey into owning every WWF released tape from 1985-94. Most are converted straight from the VHS release. PPV’s are 2 disc sets with the original broadcast and Coliseum versions. This picture was taken while I was still missing a couple, but as of now I’m only missing 1 Silvervision tape, (The History of Summerslam) which has been quite a pain in the ass to obtain.

You know who pees sitting down? A man who doesn’t get in trouble with his wife for making a mess, that’s who. Besides, I have two kittens who REALLY enjoy my company and insist on bathroom trips being a family affair. Peeing while standing up will eventually lead to a curious cat trying to peer into the toilet and possibly getting R Kelly’d. Plus you never have to worry about being yelled at for the seat being up!

I’d rather champions looking strong then losing non-title matches left and right.

I know it’s MSG and all, but they are asking more then PPV prices for these tickets.

The creative idiots in charge think having people LOSE to build up towards PPV matches is a good idea.
It’s completely mind numbing and a big reason why most of the titles mean absolutely nothing these days.
