Well earned. Dude's been in the business since 1997 and the only bad word anybody's ever had to say about him was that he whipped his car keys at CM Punk's balls when he was drunk and given everything that's come out about Punk lately that is something more people should do even when they're sober.

Okada's English isn't bad. He doesn't sound fully confident speaking in English yet, but not bad at all.

Apparently, they would and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.

Really shitty that this happened, but fortunately it's just Oklahoma and not a state that actually matters. Cut them out of the touring loop and move on. Who knows enough fans make noise about this, maybe even WWE will join in with the boycott, and then once their wallets start hurting the state might reconsider.

Again the one thing I will point out is that Mox has not been booked or advertised for any AEW events since Revolution so I wouldn’t be so sure about the no title defense thing.
That being said: Shota vs Mox needs to happen at Forbidden Door and Shooter’s got to go over. Really establish himself as the ace by bringing the belt back to Japan.

Oh good…Moxley is going to go through the young guys too. Yeah, I love Mox, but putting the belt on an outsider when you've lost three of your top talents in the last year or so really sends a bad message to your locker room. Usually in when somebody not on your roster holds the belt it's a sign that you're in for a rough period.

Welp. Moxley hasn’t taken a fall in NJPW since before the pandemic so at least that finally paid off. I’d beg them to have a young guy beat him for it…but I’m not going to pretend Gedo would ever. See, I thought Sabre was the logical next World Champion, and I thought we were getting that at Sakura Genesis, and think that might be where we're going at Forbidden Door. Darkhorse pick? Have Shota dethrone Mox. They need a top young native-born talent right now. Naito's knees are held together by bubble gum and the wishes of small children, and while the fact he can still wrestle even close to this level in his state is nothing short of a miracle, how much shelf life does he really have at this level? There's a story ready made between him and Mox, and Shota is clearly their pick for next ace. They need to pull the trigger by the Dome this coming January.

Moxley uses Rollins curb stomp. Let’s see if he steals Roman”s big move and takes a nap "HE HIT IT! THE LUDICROUS AMOUNTS OF OUTSIDE INTERFERENCE FROM LITERALLY HIS ENTIRE FAMILY TREE FOLLOWED BY A SPEAR!!! NOBODY KICKS OUT OF THAT!"

So far I'm loving that Naito's the one opponent that's actually pissing Moxley off. Like usually it's a sort of "I'm a warrior, and you're a warrior, so I'm going to beat the piss out of you as hard as I can out of respect" thing. Here Naito's complete nonchalance makes Moxley want to end his bloodline. That was really a big point of entertainment when Naito first started the character, Shibata, Goto, Ishii etc could not f***ing stand him lol That is something about him that's been carrying him the last few years. He's not the wrestler he was when I started watching NJPW, but he definitely can keep himself massively over because he gets the little things. Mox is the perfect opponent for him because he similarly gets the little things but has the perfect contrast in personality.

And that is the first time in a long time I've seen Naito outright cheat in a match.

Eddie Kingston grabbing the mic just so he could get another F-bomb in is the most Eddie Kingston thing I've ever seen.

Ali another case of a guy not being happy where he was and deciding to bet on himself. I think that considering what happened last Sunday, betting on yourself may be a more tempting option for people.

Perry maybe returning to AEW at Forbidden Door in June I think he's costing FTR the AEW Tag Titles at Dynasty.

Man I was expecting mega-heel Jack Perry, but no it's probably something like 60/40.

Surprised by the fact that there's a somewhat mixed reaction for Jack Perry. Apparently some people in Chicago actually have common sense, just not enough to drown out the people who don't know their opinion until Punk tells them.
