List of things that need to be boycotted:
- A Company that uses sweatshop labor. - A Company that evades taxes - A Company that pollutes the environment. - A Company that books a wrestling show that you don't like.

thiis boycott is such a great idea. why not make their ratings lower so they are even more desperate to follow the business plan of a successful wrestling company like the wwe. AWESOME.

Then you're a hypocrite. Unless you honestly don't think Vince's illegitimate child is a dumb storyline or Hornswaggle with Cruiserwight title and the IC never getting defended aren't wastes of belts. no believe i think those are all very dumb and proof that tna bashers who love what the wwe is doing need to take a closer look. as far predictability goes? yes we all knew angle would win. but we also knew cena would win, and let's not pretend tons of the wwe is not predictable as well. I think I misread your first post. My apologies.

Reading the little press release thingie on page 5 it made me realize this could actually be bad for TNA if PPV buys stopped. I mean, it's more or less their only way of making money and they're essentially an IWC fanbase. Just something I thought of.

Once again, I have to say that boycotting the product won't help, and neither will spending endless hours complaining about the product on a forum. If people are willing to spend hours complaining about the product, debating it and trying to figure out what will "save" the company, I don't see why they don't spend five or ten minutes writing an email or a letter to the company directly, expressing their frustration with the creative direction. The main argument is probably, "It won't do any good!", but will it do any less good than posting countless complaints and "Boycott TNA" messages on a forum?
I posted the company's email address and mailing address (twice) on this topic's board, in case anyone sees my point.

In all cases, including writing to politicians, businessmen, friends, Romans, countrymen, everything...nothing works better than a hand-written/typed and personally addressed letter. If we're all really that upset, go ahead, get writing.

Believe it or not, I did take the time to email them several months ago when I still wanted to watch Impact. I wrote a concise, but detailed, letter telling them how much I really wanted them to succeed, but their current direction was driving me--and others--away. I didn't make any storyline suggestions, since they make it abundantly clear they don't want those. I just told them I hoped they'd stick with their "We Are Wrestling" promise, rather than go the way of stupid skits and wacky comedy. They've yet to respond. And I think Impact has gotten even worse since then.

Imagine if every person who has complained about TNA in this forum wrote to TNA and expressed their frustration. That would be a lot of letters to ignore.

Yes, and I have a feeling they still would ignore them. Never know until you try.....again. I've already done something even more effective. I've abandoned them altogether. Now I don't have to sit through their programs, and they don't have to tune out my b***ing. We're both happy.

I doubt anyone else will -- it seems more to most people's liking to continually post their frustration on forums rather than address the problems to the company itself. Snape sig: ;D
