www.gerweck.net/news/1197591374.shtml- The decision to use Eric Young in the main event at Turning Point due to Scott Hall no-showing the event was made by Jeff Jarrett as a last minute decision. - Speaking of Young getting the main event spot, apparently Samoa Joe suggested Homicide, but he was told that Homicide wasn't over enough or good enough for the spot. According to the story, Homicide heard about it and was really hot at management over it. - After TNA offered anyone unhappy their release, guys like Kurt Angle, Booker T, Earl Hebner, and Travis Tomko gave speeches about how most of the guys in WWE are miserable, and talked about the pressure and the politics of being in World Wrestling Entertainment. - Amazing Kong also gave a speech about being contacted by both WWE and TNA, and going with TNA since she believed WWE wasn't going to be the right fit for her. Is everyone allowed to give a speech?
Also, why do I see everyone else talking and Tomko adding one-liners?
Kurt: WWE is full of politics. You don't make it anywhere without politics, right Tomko?
Tomko: No.
Earl: They'll throw you out at a moment's notice. You think it matters how much effort you give them. Just ask Tomko?
Tomko: No.
Booker: Those suckas always out to get ya.
Tomko: That's racist.
Booker: What?
Tomko: The way he wrote you talking. Ebonics and such. Kind of racist.
...
Oh daggone it! Tomko shot on me in my own post! I blame Russo!

According to the story, Homicide heard about it and was really hot at management over it. Can't blame him for being a little hot, certainly not the nicest thing to hear. Of course, at the moment, I think they were right. Although, and maybe this is just because I don't follow TNA enough, Eric Young just seems a little off the wall So even within TNA, they use the "You think THIS is bad? Yea? Well WWE is worse! So there!" argument. I'd like to think this is blown a little out of proportion by reporters, because it really makes the guys mentioned seem very petty. "Most of the guys in WWE are miserable"? Bulls***. She probably made the right decision.

With all the respect for Homicide, Eric Young is more of an original than him. Cide's been there for about 2 and a half years, but Young has been there since the beginning. I think he was entitled to it too.

Isn't there something ironic about a bunch of guys who got fired talking about how the WWE sucks and the guys are miserable?
What's Angle stand up and say that they are bad company for firing him because he was a drug addict?

Actually, Tomko quit because he thought WWE wasn't using him well and switched his team of Goldust to Snitsky, and then he went to Japan.

You mean that wasn't Homicide getting major face-heat when he was supposed to be a heel?
Yeah, that's a huge comfort. "It sucks here, but it sucks even more there, so don't go there....*cough*".

I don't remember him getting total face-heat in any of the Team Canada feuds before his "jittery paranoia" gimmick started.

Well on the bright side you make more money to be miserable in the WWE. But you also work more dates, too. But it's also much more exposure, even if you worked 3 years in the E and hated every second of it... You'd make a good amount of cash and what you could charge on the indies would go up by a large amount.

WWE is a very miserable enviroment, everyone in TNA got along but Senshi who was pretty well known as a trouble maker backstage who would pick fights with just about anyone including making jokes about Jeff Jarretts wife.
