Well, you can always say that no one was expecting the Joker to be there in the hospital. I mean, why would he be in a hospital that he was gonna blow up? This wasn't like the end of the movie, with SWAT and Gordan ready to swoop in on him. This was a basic evacuation, just to get the people out from the hospitals.

I have to say that I went opening night to see it and was completely enamoured with it.
However, after watching it AGAIN, I kind of realized that aside from the Joker parts, it's not the most stellar thing ever.
So now I just fastforward through the dvd to see Joker. ;D

I watched the first 40 mins of it and turned it off as it was crap. I am more of a Spiderman fan than a Batman fan.

Normal cops in superhero films are incompetant. That is a fact.
The Joker isn't just a normal villain he is a supervillain. Thats why his plan worked and why Batman was the only one who could stop him.
Moving on ....
Fantastic Four is the best superhero film in my opinion. It's like Indiana Jones or Con Air it is so easy to watch on a sunday afternoon if it's on tv.

I do agree with the points about the Batman voice, it was a bit O.T.T.
Harvey Dent as Two Face could easily have been saved for another movie (and perhaps should have been) and his death was a bit disappointing.
Aside from that, I liked it.

The film should've ended exactly as the Batman: The Animated Series Two Face origin episode did, with Dent waking up in the hospital, getting the mirror, ruing the place, Grace seeing him (or whatever woman you want), with the lightning crashes, and him leaving. It would have been epic.

Fantastic Four is the best superhero film in my opinion. I'm sorry.........What? It kept to the fun, light hearted stories of the comic book team without being too far fetched. Plus I liked all the actors in there roles.

After some thinking, I've come to the conclusion that I liked "The Dark Knight" in much the same way as I liked the first "Pirates of the Carribean" movie: it was a blast watching the over the top antics of the two stars (and let's not kid ourselves, Heath was the star of TDK, death or not) of both movies. Still a good movie, but it's mostly about watching The Joker being entertaining whilst drawing a fine line between funny and scary, for me.

I vehemently disagree with the OP. That is all.
