As soon as they even so much as mentioned that Cena and Orton would not only be headlining YET ANOTHER pay-per-view, but it would be guaranteed to last for sixty damn minutes?
...NO. OK? NO.. I'm sorry, but I refuse to tolerate that.
NO.

It could have been worse.
It could have been Triple H vs. Orton for 60 minutes. Atleast Orton and Cena have some chemistry.

I like the feud, or at least Orton's role as the hellbent on destruction psychopath. Cena is the right guy for that character to play off of and I think the match will be great. And even if it isn't, WWE and Cena sure will tell us how great it was.

Don't be so sure it's gonna be sixty minutes.
It's probably gonna be ninety minutes.

I changed the channel immediately both times Jericho and Show showed up.

Don't be so sure it's gonna be sixty minutes. It's probably gonna be ninety minutes. If you count Orton's entrance, that sounds about right.

I changed the channel immediately both times Jericho and Show showed up. I can see how you'd mix up Big Show with Randy Orton.

I actually thought it was a good idea.
I can remember the last time two guys who many had thought had headlined far too many pay per views against each other, and had too limited of a moveset to pull of an ironman match were booked in one at a pay per view.
It was Judgment Day 2000, and the match is still talked about to this day.
Just sayin...

With the right build, it might be tolerable. I know we've been seeing the same thing for months now, but there's absolutely no way the feud can continue beyond an ironman match. If they bill it as the final chapter of this terrible feud, it might just work. maybe.

Ironically, that one opening segment was the only thing on the show that involved Orton, Cena, or the interminable RAW main-event angle that's been going since January. Afterwards, things picked up and we got two title changes.

I didn't, but it will be another PPV that I don't watch. I don't really want to see Cena and Orton wrestle for 60 minutes, especially since the best stuff usually comes in the last 5 minutes anyway.

I liked it... It makes this event exciting. As a fan who is going to the show I can't wait to see my 2nd live ironman match. 1st being HHH vs. Benoit.

This feud won't end after the next PPV because in about year and a half or two, they'll cross paths again as the announcers will pretend as if these two have never fought each other ever before.

Just think of it, Michael Cole and Jerry Lawler commentating for 60+ minutes on end.
How could you turn that down?
