Did " The Dark Knight" have sparkling vampires shirtless werewolves? Yup. It's all about the abs. Those abs aren't very impressive. If John Morrison started in the movie, would that mean it would have a 150 million opening day record? Only if he was a blue skinned alien

*shrugs*
I'm sure Robert Pattison, star of/outspoken hater of Twilight, is crying over his millions of dollars right now.
I give up on this Twilight hating nonsense. Ain't nothing I can say that hasn't already been said. No point in beating a dead horse. I know Stephenie Meyer is a crappy writer, and quite a few of the series' fans do as well. But meh. Who cares anymore.
*goes back to waiting for season three of True Blood*

He's frowning, isn't that emo enough for you ?!? Can we paint his nails black and play some Dashboard Confessional? I should actually call Vince on this..... WWE Films presents: "Look Teen Girls! Hot Abs and Glitter!" Maybe make that division actually profitable.....

Just a question, but did TDK have many midnight showings? I purposely waited a month or so to see it, so I wouldn't be sitting in a packed theater.

I think the important thing to me, and the reason I hate Twilight so much is they have trashed the badass-ness of vampires and werewolves. Last time I checked, Vampires weren't allowed in the sun, and they drank human blood. Also, neither werewolves or vampires were glittery. This.

The versions of those things you like still exist, and will always. Did you and everyone who ever watched/read/heard the classic version of a vampire suddenly get collective amnesia? Did the art that produced those versions suddenly vanish? Twenty years from now Dracula will still be a more archatypical version of the vampire way more so than anything twilight related.

So a movie that a lot of people love is doing great? Cool. Not really sure what's so shocking, or upsetting, about that, though.

What do you know "Idiocracy" is coming true, Mike Judge is clairvoyant.
But if it's any consolation "Crap Moon" or whatever it's called (I don't give a S***) is being panned by critics & even some fans.

What do you know "Idiocracy" came true. Mike Judge is clairvoyant. Yes, because liking this movie indicates a lack of intelligence. Honestly? This is post is a perfect example why Twilight haters are way more irritating than the people who like it.

Yes, because liking this movie indicates a lack of intelligence. That's True Most of the people watching twilight are young and will grow out of it. However, the people who think less of them for it will most likely always be arrogant jackasses that seem to find some sense of superiority based on what entertainment option they choose to piss away their free time with. Of course most of the people with attitude here choose to spend that time reading comics, playing video games, watching cartoons and other bona fide intellectual endeavors. Not to mention hanging out on a forum dedicated to men pretending to fight one another. My point is we all like something that other people will find ridiculous.
