A show with three segments including The Nasty Boys is winning? And you call yourself a wrestling fan? Anyone voting for Impact! can never complain about HHH or Hornswoggle ever again.

Ugh...Impacts winning? Impact was a clusterf*** of WCW has-beens. Not saying WWE was much better but both shows were not great. Angle/AJ plays heavily into that, but in general I found Impact more enjoyable that Raw. The crowd probably helped out as well. I actually tuned in to the Angle/AJ match for the most part, and only switched to Kofi/Orton (the match that was going on during RAW at the time), and it was a damn good match.

As an overall for me, had to be Raw, which was solid throughout but not spectacular. AJ/Angle was brilliant, but was dragged down by what came before it - faces that I got tired of ten years ago and have been hanging on to the last shreds of glory ever since.

I've just got to say it. The "Who Needs Bret" chant during AJ/Angle was hilarious.
To the poster above me, that's the point of TNA's storyline. All the old guys coming in clinging to glory while the next generation should be the focus. I think they're doing the storyline very well.

The only time I changed the channel was after Impact ended. Same for me. All I saw was Vince holding Bret's arm up, and then the swerve of him kicking Bret.

WWE feels like they fill their crowd with morgue residents. What do you guys think the ratings are gonna look like? I got WWE clocking in with a little under a 4 with TNA bumping up to around a 2.5.

TNA gets the edge...and I also can't believe I just typed that. I thought with Bret and all the talent to throw on the show WWE would be untouchable. But aside from the Kofi/Orton fued and The Miz's new entrance and greatness on the mic...I couldn't change the channel off of Impact. Bret was great as well, but it was so hard to turn away from AJ and Angle tearing the house down.
I do agree that TNA needs to watch what they do with the old timers. Nobody wants to see the Nasty Boys do anything and an NWO rehash would kill off most momentum built by TNA tonight.

Yeah, IMO TNA was maybe turning the ship in the right direction slowly, they didn't seem to know what they're doing running a live show. How many GD commercials? Some of the segments were facepalm worthy, and seems over saturated with people.
I don't think you could really beat the Hart/HBK/Vince angle. In my opinion, any way.
All in all, the most interested I've been in wrestling in a long long time.

I haven't seen Impact yet, but after watching RAW they won't have to do much to beat it

They say competition brings out the best in a person, tonight was proof.

nothing about Impact entertained me. Not even the Main Event. To me, TNA just enforced the "WCW 2000 2.0" nickname more than it ever did.
On the other side, I've never cared about Bret Hart, and Jericho's removal from Raw killed all interest I had for it.
So, if there's a Neither option, I'd gladly place my vote there.

Impact tried too hard and WWE didn't try hard enough. Maybe just maybe, the reports of Vince "stacking" Raw was completely wrong. He had Bret Hart on who (probably) was planned for a while now and that's it. It was an above average Raw that had a couple of fantastic moments.

Either way, what a f***ing night of wrestling. I felt like a nine year old mark again, and that's all that matters.

The only thing I saw of RAW was somebody's signature of Bret Hart and HBK hugging on this forum. I had to support TNA. Like what other people posted there were good things and bad things on TNA. We all know what they are.

Impact. RAW was good, not amazing, but good.
Impact was kind of stupid at first, but then REALLY picked itself up in the second hour.

I hated the Nastys segments too, but they were throwaway five minute time wasters that may lead to an ughtastic match with Dudleys vs. the Hornswoggle shit that's taken up at least three or four segments for months on end from the way I understand it reading about Raw on a weekly basis. That's not =/= in my view.

I said Raw, but I didn't watch Impact, though. I read the results. I would have changed the channel back and forth, but Impact didn't air until 8 here and Raw was on at 6.
Honestly, nothing I read about Impact interested me. Even the surprise returns made me go "meh". Then again, I don't usually watch Impact.
Concerning Raw, I enjoyed it a lot. Maybe it was my volume, but the crowd didn't seem that dead. Much better than some other crowds for sure. The matches were great and nothing that stupid happened. A well spent two hours in my opinion.
