The nWo reunions have been overdone, but at least TNA reunited the REAL and ORIGINAL nWo tonight (Hogan, Hall, Nash, Syxx/Waltman, Bischoff) instead of some of the other watered-down half-baked incarnations of the past.

Really I look at it as a segment vs. segment, which I like a few of you were doing with my remote. Look at some of matches/segments that went head to head.
HBK/Bret > Hogan/NWO Buddie Maryse vs. Bella > Knockout Tag Match US title #1 Contenders Match > Pope vs. Wolfe DX vs. Jerrshow > Jeff Jarrett Promo Orton vs. Kofi < Angle vs. Styles
Sure it looks like to me WWE had the better show, but I voted TNA, because of the little segments you Flair, Hardy, Sting were there but didnt know why which added to over all excitement of the show, plus little things like Val Venis. Of course Jericho/Hart was a fun segment, but TNA you didnt know who was gonna show up next and thats what made the Monday night wars was how unpredictable it was. WWE had the better first hour, but TNA was the better 2nd hour.

I can think of nothing whatsoever that could ever make me enjoy TNA programming more than that of WWE.

Not saying WWE was much better but both shows were not great. I thought Impact was a lot more fun, but neither show really knocked my socks off.

I don't see how anyone can have a solid opinion on both shows being that they were on at the same time.
I watched the first hour of Impact and it was pretty stupid for the most part, The Cage match was just bad and had a stupid confusing ending and then Jeff Hardy came out for some reason, The Knockout match was alright, nothing too special, but then there was just a lot of filler and the most commercials obviously waiting for WWE to start before Hogan came out. When Hogan finally appeared I got bad WCW vibes even though his promo seemed to say this was different than WCW. The only thing TNA seemed to have going for it was trying to guess who would come out next.
Raw was a good show, nothing spectacular, but nothing bad. It was great seeing Bret back again although I wish it would have been somewhere in Canada.

Impact tried too hard and WWE didn't try hard enough. Wow. I couldn't say it ANY better. This quote hit it right on the head.

I saw both shows. I saw TNA live and then watched Raw after and I must say TNA by miles.
Raw was really, really bad. Except for the start and ending segment everything totally 100% sucked. Seriously. Thanks to this show I am a 100% TNA Fan again.
And to the comment with Nasty Boys and Hornswoggle:
1. I don´t like the Nasty Boys either, but I take them anyday over Hornswoggle. I mean the Nastys are trailerpark trash, but Hornswoggle is just retarded. I´d rather take a piss over diarrhea
Loved the TNA Show and Jeff Hardy and Flair was a huge f*** you to WWE

I haven't seen the TNA show yet, so I'm not really one to comment - a lot of the matches seem good but the majority of the returns are very 'meh' - Hall, Waltman, Val Venis, Orlando Jordan, Nasty Boys...I dunno, they really don't need to bring in so many guys.

Meh, didn't like AJ winning at the end at all. I would have liked to have seen the world title change hands.
Also I really liked RAW.
Going into wrestlemania it seems like the next couple of months is going to be exciting.

Anybody that turned TNA off after the 1st hour missed one HELL of a show after that, especially the Main Event. The second hour is when everything started clicking. Flair coming out and watching the Main Event added SO much to that moment. Vince kicking Hart in the nads came up a little bit short to pretty much a recreation of '96 Bash at the Beach before Hogan turned. WHOSE SIDE IS HE ON!?
I know we all have our own opinions, but saying Maryse vs. Bella was better than Kong/Hamada vs. Sarita/Wilde is lunacy. Also, an obscure thought, but I'd KILL to see a Pope/Miz segment. The verbal exchange would put all before it to shame.

To me, TNA by miles.
And leading up to this, I was kind of on the fence but leaning more towards Bret/RAW cause damn man..Over a decade, and Montreal finally getting some closure. But I thought the Shawn/Bret thing was okay..and I kind-of-sort-of-got-bored-out-of-my-mind during the Bret/Vince thing.
I liked Legacy and Orton...and I thought the DX/Jerishow match was good, but it just felt like a slight better RAW in comparison to a bunch of lame RAWs we've had for a while..
iMPACT wowed me. It wasn't perfect by any means, it even felt a little sloppy but it felt like a PPV, like an "anything can happen" vibe. It feels different to me. Will they keep it up? Who knows.
So IMO, I dunno how anyone can rationally say RAW was more entertaining than iMPACT. To each their own? IMO, TNA won the battle, but in terms of ratings, WWE is going to annihilate in the War.

Impact tried too hard and WWE didn't try hard enough. I agree fully. I was not a fan of Impact's "random wrestler return" theatre the entire night, and the fact that they put on an absolute terrible match to start the show didn't get my hopes up. I feel like if TNA didn't try so hard to get everyone into their product by popping up every name in the business and just concentrated on the fantastic talent they already have, Impact would've went into a better direction. With that being said it seemed like things just went way too fast and then dropped. Sure, it's a whole "what can happen next?!" factor, but when nothing actually happens next it's kind of cheap. As for Raw beside all of the Bret Hart stuff (which I really did enjoy) the episode of Raw itself was very vanilla. It's not even disappointing from a "competition" standpoint but from a standpoint of Raw can do so much better than tonight. It was almost like they decided to make Bret the focus of the beginning and the end of the show and forget about the rest. They threw (WWE Champion) Sheamus in there somewhere, they threw Kofi/Orton/Legacy in there, and they had the weekly Jerishow failure on there as well. When Raw is formulaic it's average, but luckily for them the Bret Hart stuff made it slightly above average. Raw was better but only because I felt that TNA turned into a 2009 episode of Monday Nitro and just wasn't as authentic as it could be. They went way too big in all the wrong areas and while that'll entertain a good number of people (whom I'm sure far outweigh my opinion in this) it didn't resonate with me. Hopefully at least 2 or 3 of the people that debuted around there tonight will stick around though, and I'm still diggin the Pope. I'm interested. Just not all that pleased.

No seriously, Impact! would have been better if Hogan and Bischoff stopped talking. I used to kind of think he was funny ten years ago, but its old and tired now. Impact! had better matches, but Raw had Bret Hart and in his understated way he is definitely a better entertainer than Hogan. I laughed when Hogan was called the greatest entertainer of all time though. The Val Venis segment was priceless as well.
