Yeah........pretty open topic, but just want to hear you guys thoughts on her rather you like her or hate her. I personally like her for the fact that lyrically, her songs are never really the same if you really take the time to understand what she's singing like "Bad Romance". That song has nothing to do with love at all. Plus I like her voice because she doesn't sound close to what you think she would sound like if you ever heard her just talking
EDIT: I thought I post some of her songs most people haven't heard

I've only heard a handful of her songs, but they're catchy as all hell and I approve of her methods of finding ways to stand out without resorting to outright shock value. So yeah, she's good with me.

I approve of Lady Gaga, although I notice the ship has sailed for others, and she's beginning to get some resentment.
Love Lady Gaga, musically.

Love everything she stands for, and I love how she doesn't look like a typical pop star.

I dislike her as a person and I dislike her overly-AutoTuned voice too.

If she didn't do it, somebody else would have. You can name essentially any artist ever and that applies. There are so many people, nobody is going to pull something out that wouldn't have come about eventually anyway.

i liked Grace Jones....i like David Bowie Ziggy Stardust era....i liked the KISS Dynasty outfits...throw those in a blender with some auto tune and you got Lady GaGa...im indifferent to her...i liked her stuff when she had brown hair and just played piano and went by her real name...yeah her stuff is catchy but its not my cup of tea.

I liked those outfits as well, well... everything except Gene's boots. They look big and goofy, definitely not as cool as any of his other boots IMO Love Ace's outfit from that era though

I like her music, just can't stand the outlandish gimmick. It now seems like the in thing is to have all these musicians be as whacky as possible instead of being themselves. When you see people like Beyonce and even Miley Cyrus copying this, it's a problem.

I started off not knowing anything about her, not being into much modern music, but heard a bit of Bad Romance in a Doctor Who documentary, and a few days later, realised the tune was still stuck in my head, so I decided to give her stuff a shot. Long story short, I'm a fan.
She's got an incredibly talent for writing a catchy melody, and if anyone's heard her live piano versions of songs, they know that she's not just reliant on autotune to sound good, she has a great voice and musical ability. Her activism against homophobia is also great to see.

She doesn't need autotune, but I imagine it's a stylistic choice, such as metal in the 80s using synth.
