Wikipedia says Humphries is still an unrestricted free agent. Surprised no one's signed him yet.
I know it's just a preseason game, but I've been pretty impressed with our rookies, especially Shumpert.

Aminu, Gordon, and Kaman at their introduction for the Hornets. instagr.am/p/ZrUyI/Aminu looks like he's going to cry, Gordon looks like he's counting down to when he can leave, and Kaman looks like he's going to kill someone.

Kaman has some badass facial hair going on. Hope he doesn't shave it off and instead lets it flourish like James Harden has done with his beard.

True or false- the Northwest Division is basically the Thunder and 4 frosting-laden cupcakes?

Very weird considering a lot of teams have mid level exceptions and he is good value for a three year 12-15 million dollar type deal. As your worst starter or a 6-8 man off the bench he has value and likely wouldn't have cost more than the mid-level exception.

Are we gonna have another WCWBA like last year?
If so, I have no idea who the Clippers are gonna be and that the 4 Horsemen should be the Celtics instead of Sting.

True or false- the Northwest Division is basically the Thunder and 4 frosting-laden cupcakes? False. Portland is finally going to be a running team with a number of scorers. Utah has some talented players and will likely be spoilers down the stretch. Denver has a few underrated players and are still coached by the great George Karl. I couldn't care less about Phoenix. I predict that the Thunder win the division, but they won't sweep it and will likely be joined by at least Portland in the playoffs.

I'd love another WCWBA. I made most of last year's team associations though so I'd want someone else to do it this time.

Now I wouldn't say Portland, Denver, or Utah are cupcakes, necessarily, but they definitely aren't on the same talent level as the Thunder. Will the Thunder have a perfect sweep of the entire division? No, the only team I think they'll sweep is the T-Wolves, because they flat out suck, Love excluded. I'd say they'll lose at least one game against each of the other divisional opponents. More than likely when they are on the road at Denver, Utah, and Portland. Utah and Portland especially.

Wikipedia says Humphries is still an unrestricted free agent. Surprised no one's signed him yet. A lot of baggage this year for him. I think the Clippers should snag him, altho I doubt they will cause its LA and TMZ Central. Him coming off the bench for Griffin or Jordan would provide real depth up front though. At any rate, the Lakers got screwed by Stern and are going to be awful this year. 66 games in 120 days for Bynum. Haha, yeah right.

Same thing that killed John Ritter. Sucks that he's gone for the year, but would've sucked a lot more had he dropped dead on the court. That physical saved his life.

WCWBA would be a lot of fun to do again. It would have to be WCW 1998 as last year was WCW 1997. With Luger winning the title. Here is my template for WCWBA part two. Heat - NWO Hollywood (Duh) Magic - Raven's Flock (One superstar looking to leave) Bobcats - Glacier (Mediocre) Hawks - Curt Henning (Good but not championship material) Wizards - Billy Kidman (Young potential but not quite there) Celtics - 4 Horseman part deux (Old but were once awesome) Knicks - DDP (On the rise about to break out) Nets - LWO (Wanna be NWO) Raptors - Barry Darsow (Jobber) 76ers - Meng (Right in the middle of the card) Bulls - The Giant (Championship material but NWO's bitch) Cavs - Mean Gean Okerlund (Burnt by Hogan) Pistons - Stevie Ray (Mediocre) Pacers - Booker T (On the rise) Bucks - Dean Malenko (Slightly above average) Mavs - Lex Luger (Mega over but on the decline) Rockets - Mongo (Mediocre) The Grizz - Chris Jericho (On the rise) Hornets - Rick Steiner (Falling apart) Spurs - Ric Flair (Old and possibly on the decline) Kings - Konnan (Middle of the pack some potential) Warriors - Buff Bagwell (Middle of the pack some potential) Lakers - Scott Hall (Over but just a mess) Suns - Roddy Piper (Best days are behind them) Clippers - Wolf Pac (New defects to a new hot group) Jazz - Stevie Ray (Slightly above average) Blazers - Bam Bam Bigelow (Had a lot of potential at one point) Thunder - Goldberg (The new rising power) T Wolves - Kanyon (Got some offense but not over) Nuggets - Eddie Guerrero (Decent with potential but not a threat) That's my take on it feel free to make suggestions.

Southeast Miami Heat - The nWo Orlando Magic - The Giant(pre-nWo) Atlanta Hawks - Booker T Charlotte Bobcats - Alex Wright Washington Wizards - Juventud Guerrera
West Southwest Dallas Mavericks - Lex Luger San Antonio Spurs - Randy Savage New Orleans Hornets - Ric Flair Memphis Grizzlies - Diamond Dallas Page Houston Rockets - Dean Malenko
Northwest Oklahoma City Thunder - Chris Jericho Denver Nuggets - Rick Steiner Portland Trail Blazers - Ultimo Dragon Utah Jazz - Glacier Minnesota Timberwolves - Silver King

whatever, WCWNBA or whatever is fun, but if I have to go through another season of "da HEAt iz NwO durr durr durr" I think I might lose it, no offense. I get that it fits, but its so played out. Different year, different promotion, something. Something where "Sting vs. NWO" has no meaning. Change it up.
I don't know, ECW or NJPW or something. Hell, earlier WCW, the Heat could be Big Van Vader or something, the Mavs could be Stan Hansen, and Boston could be Tom Zenk. Chicago could be Sting, the Knicks could be Sid Vicious, and I'm mixing up a lot of my wrestling history. But if this gets done again, every team needs to be something different, or else its gonna be corny.
Well, as long as the Z-Man represents the Celtics anyway.
