I love how he admits to "Team Ambition" showing up late to shows in a way that was like, "Yeah, we show up late, you got a problem with that?" If you make it a habit of showing up late to your job, you soon lose that job. I think the only wrestler who's ever gotten away with being late for shows, at least on a regular basis, is Bret Hart. And IIRC, Bret had that agreement with Vince, and later WCW, right in his contract!

Hell, half the time Austin didn't even bother to show up until the show was halfway over! ;D

I didn't take it as bragging about being late, just admitting it.

Terrible attempt to make this into a basis for their new edgy characters.

What a bunch of dumb douchebags. They truly do NOT get why people were giving them attention over this.

I felt sick just watching that. I never say stuff like this usually (I feel like I'm saying this a lot in my thread) but I seriously hope these guys' never wrestle again in their lives. They are a disgrace to wrestling and I hope their careers are over.

What a bunch of dumb douchebags. They truly do NOT get why people were giving them attention over this. They do. But they don't care because they feel like they are so much better than us "marks". I wish wrestlers would just realise that without "us stupid marks who don't have a right to comment on this business" they don't have a job.

Hopefully he's an indication that O'Reilly is disassociating himself from the others.

Davey Richards still want to be a fire fighter?
Because that isn't going to happen. They're hiring process is nearly as tough as police departments, and any little thing in regards to integrity is going to ruin your chances.

I know a lot of cops who should have never gotten past the interview process.

They're hiring process is nearly as tough as police departments, and any little thing in regards to integrity is going to ruin your chances. Plus, he's going to have to earn his crew mates respect( ahem...RESPECT!), but without the help of his AMBITION buddies. Richards' attitude makes me think he's not quite cut out for firefighting, and doing scummy stuff like this definitely doesn't make me feel otherwise.

I know a lot of cops who should have never gotten past the interview process. But generally speaking, out of every 100 or so people who apply, only about 5 get hired. And it's usually the ones with the cleanest history, and highest scores. If 100 people apply to be a FireFighter on my department, 75 of them have perfectly clean backgrounds with no questionable events...and then 25 of them have something on their background that it considered "Of Bad Character"...I'm cutting those 25. Basically stealing money and not providing services to someone, and then bragging about it like it's no big deal is "Of Bad Character".

If Owen Hart couldn't get hired as a firefighter, it's doubtful Davey would.

Terrible attempt to make this into a basis for their new edgy characters. That has to be the lamest attempt of ripping off a horseman style promo ever.

This is just further proof that these guys know nothing about wrestling. Somehow they thought bagging about running off with the money and choking out a 16 year old would make great heel heat. They're so dense they can't even realize it just makes everyone dislike them more.

Why does that promo reminds me of Matt Hardy so much? I mean, Davey is meant to be a smart guy or at least not dumb enough to get himself in trouble like this one before but now he's using the fact that he screwed over a promoter while his friend stepped inside a ring to hurt a kid as heel heat? It's like he looked at the popular reaction of what he did, knew that people didn't like what he did and suddenly went heel so then he can say that it was planned all along. Instead of facing the consequences of his actions like an adult would, he tries to cover things up and make himself look worse. And then people wonder why Davey wasn't pushed before...
